Good lord... Confirming I never want to be a server admin or network engineer for an MMO.

Reading this thread, as a former customer care agent for a cable provider and later desktop support for an IT firm, I could think of a whole lot of creative ways to make fun of the complainers but I'll just say this;

Go outside. Please. Go outside. I don't care if its raining or snowing or 120 degree heat (Fahrenheit, coz 'murica) , please step away and go do something with your lives for a day.


"But my cable was out for a whole day!"

So was every body else's within 100 miles. Your bill broken down for one day is about $4.80. You want cash or credit?

Hang in there CCP staff. Some of us feel your pain.
