I'ts not this simple. You can test a small project with 5 people on it and still get unpredictable results at deploy. Those things do happen rather often. But you talk about giant project with propably hundreds of developers. This is completely different scale, which you can't probably even imagine. It's complex.

Thousands of things can go wrong and years old bug existing in the system may surface just because someone changed something related to something ...

Don't try to look smart, when you don't know basics man.

If you knew the SW business, as I do, you would be veery surprised EVE is running so smooth most of the time.

I for one am happy to follow my Imperium brothers in battle...just on H1Z! or WOWS now. I guess we broke the servers coming back to the Eve. Fozzie couldn't handle the lack of Imperium SOV content yesterday. Ratters for life bros!
