Dear all interested parties,

Are you interested in 0.0? You want to try something else than high sec? Or maybe you just want a change?

Corps or individual players, this might be your chance to spice up your game! With almost 10 years of EVE history you don't have to look any further. 0.0 is the reason I still play EVE after so many years, give it a try!

We will offer you:

  • A place to call home and grow in under the guidance of an experienced leadership
  • Sovereignty in 0.0 and a purpose to fight for (protecting our home and region)
  • Opportunity to learn PVP and expand your PVE career
  • Max Rorqual support/boost for miners
  • Ship Reimbursement Program (we reimburse your losses in PVP)
  • Corp Buy Back Program (we buy your ore/loot/PI)
  • How to finance yourself (trading/complexes/exploration/ratting/manufacturing/PI)
  • Many corp / alliance / coalition operations (both small and big fleets)
  • Teamplay, EVE is not a solo game
  • Our members cover all time zones (you will not play alone)
  • Corporate kill board and website
  • Voice services: Discord/TS3

Our expectations:

  • No recent RED employment history to us
  • We recommend a minimum of 10 mil. skill points for 0.0 operations (but newbie friendly)
  • PVP Experience is a plus
  • Have full API ready
  • Willing to relocate
  • Willing to use voice (we use Discord)
  • Pass the interview [talk to one of our officers, see Syndax channel in game]
  • Send your application in game together with your FULL API

If you are a courageous capsuleer of EVE, then contact me in game or join syndax and/or AVA Diplo channel.

Ping me and I will guide you to greatness!

Fly dangerously,

We fight RvB gangs on a regular basis, but if you leave them and change to NRDS, we can work it out. ;)

My respects to RvB, they bring good fights to Provi!

You hurt my feelings. :) :P

I am not a pirate! By no means I like to become one yet I am KOS. I understand that and I am totally fine with it but please, don´t call me pirate.
Besides that, I think provi is nice for people who want to try 0.0 in a kinda friendly environment and I guess I will guide a buddy towards you. He just started with EvE and has no idea about the game really. But from what I heard he likes to mine stuff and I guess provi > high-sec because in provi you have people who fend off gankers/pirates/other people who shoot everyone while in HS you have well, concord vs CODE. I think provi protects you better than concord.

I'm guessing 90% of the forums are red. They fly down here when they get the chance to shoot at us, then receive the Proviblock hug of death.

Confirming Provi is pretty cool. Probably my favourite region in EVE. Wish there was a freeport there for us ne'er do wellers.

Providence is made of 15.000 pilots. We are one of the most well established organizations in EVE, sometimes people underestimate us... look at Catch, it changes hands every year, we are still here. CVA is the oldest alliance in the game that is still active...

The new sov mechanics will bring huge changes in 0.0 and Providence is among the few regions that is well prepared for that because 15.000 pilots in one region distributed evenly is not that common in today's null. Maybe 15.000 pilots in one station... that is the case of most 0.0 regions.

In any case, many of existing 0.0 players might be red, but a lot of people live in high sec and they never try 0.0, Providence is the best place to get introduced to 0.0!

Also if you are KOS, that does not mean you can't join us... it means you need to respect NRDS rules and pay your debts if any, easy.

I won't lie.
Provi takes a lot of grit and determination.
Yulai space is pretty cool area, they happened upon a winning formula and manage to pull it off in a rather relaxed way.
Volt .... is well it is Volt ... it works like an Italian family with a lot of raging but somehow it works.
-7- is great for the US time zone and gets a lot of action on the high sec border they also hold their pocket well.
CVA is quiet industrious, mysterious and stalwart.

I am not overly familiar with the other alliances and how they are at "home" but hopefully this gives people the idea that Provi has different styles and strengths that come through in different ways against different enemies.

There are ways to embrace NRDS and be neutral again but that a really tough way to play; basically you are neut to us and you are best off setting us blue (a recommendation) so you can see when hostiles are in local.

There is loads and loads of "content" until you get pretty sick of all the solo guys and small gangs coming along every few minutes.
On the positive side, there is always something to do.

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

That is okay, "Come on in chaps. Feel right at home. We will just be in the Low Sec parlour powdering our noses and role playing until you get bored." P

(Provi has this tendency to retreat back a bit then keep picking fights they can win until the enemy gets tired of the guerrila war and starts losing or leaves. Remember that "grit and determination" that I was talking about earlier?)
