So far I have 9 people who have confirmed they are interested in attending a summer event. Currently the plan is for August 15th, but depending on locations it might need to get moved to the 8th. Unless enough people express interest in the next month or so I will not be renting or taking over a bar.

As such please let me know, if you have not already, that you are interested in attending a larger scale eve meet. The sooner I know how many people are interested the better.

If enough people are interested then I'll book us a venue, but otherwise pizzflaps has offered to host. In the even that we do have to rent a venue then there will likely be a ticket price for the event. I'll keep the price as low as I can, and anything over the cost of the event will go towards PLEX or paraphernalia for prizes.
