There's a bit of assumption going both ways. Based on your opening post you claim some experience. Naturally, we're assuming that you can read information in the game, and yes, I get that sometimes it may not be obvious, but this wasn't hidden or subtle information by any means.

When everyone is telling you "don't mine in an industrial" as a response and piece of advice, yet you state you're determined to do it anyway because you wanted to AFK it for an hour or more, then I certainly thought "well, he wants to burn time AFK with a very inefficient process, so be it, it's his choice, fair enough."

Certainly at one point you had to ask yourself why all these "veterans" were advising you to do otherwise. You did state that you didn't care about the efficiency issue and seemed determined to carry on despite anything we had to say on the matter, which is why in my original post in response I gave you advice, but then granted your free will to carry on with your self-admitted "fail" usage of a non-mining vessel to mine with.

Anyway, all things being equal, mine in a Venture. It will take 20 to 25 minutes perhaps to fill the Ore Hold, and for more ISK than you're pulling using the Nereus (the old Iteron Mk I). Although, your position is/was that you don't care about the ISK over the time period. If that's true, don't let me get in your way .
