Cloaked "Unidentified Structure" mystery

So today(after Rhea release) i've been doing my usual exploration routine, and then, when scanning, i stumpled onto "Undentified structure", which looks exactly like one of those mystery screenshots that were shared with us.

Its hard to see, but its clearly a tall cloacked structure, like a control tower on steroids. I will be honest, im too much of a pussy to approach it. Can anyone tell me what that is?

UPDATE: Alright, so i decided to man up and approach it. Being right next to it doesnt decloak it, no mobs spawn, no damage taken. Volume on full, cant hear any unusual noises. Relic/data modules do nothing. Looks like i cant do anything with it. Hmmm...

UPDATE 2: Damn, sleepers! They jumped not long after me and started approaching the object. They did something with the station and then warped out. Good thing i was cloaked myself...

Update on sleepers: As other people have stated, they also roam around belts and stargates. Only they scan random wrecks AND stargates themselves! When they do so, the stargate emmits strange blue glow.

As I recall, some of the earlier sleeper stuff only came up if you were flying a Zephyr - given the suggested link with Kuvekai you might also try the Purloined Sansha Codebreaker on the Echelon.

Conveniently, my alt flies one of those all the time. It's in system. Will update.

No dice on the Echelon/Analyzer on either the structure or the beacon. Good suggestion, though. Anything else? I've got some isk to blow and it's not THAT late here yet.

I was Shocked Cloak icon blinks constant green, its not a cycle like other modules. I just got screenshot when it was between blinks.

No, the cloaked structure is jove, if I believe the first version of the patchnote that was quickly fixed

Also anyone tried AR/SH RR modules on it?

I tried Cargo scanner, but opens a window with no cargo found....
