Data and Relic sites found in Null Security Space will also be present in wormhole Class 1-3 systems. An upcoming blog will describe the changes.

Any chance for a sneak peak at this and whether or not these null-sec Data/Relic sites in WH space will include sleepers as the current WH data/relics do?

For this release they will be the exact same as they are in Null Sec.
Doesn't mean that they won't change in the future however.
Also, the dev blog should be out soon regarding this change.

That's actually great (the lack of sleepers). Adds content for our lower SP members, more pilots in space, all around great addition!

Thumbs up for the skillqueue, as a casual player I've burned out on the skill grind long ago, this way us busybodies get to train to potential too. Too late for me though :)
And CCP might get some more gametime sold by those that take a break but still want to keep their skills going without effort... come to think of it, that one is mildly pay-to-win-ish... mildly.

*matches intense breathing, but in a manly and totally platonic kind of way*

I am interested when they talk about "Better ways into Expeditions" because as it is now, the totally random "run as many anomalies as you can till your eyes pop out" way is kind of boring.

Well it seems this new release schedule is starting to bear fruit. It certainly seems you have gotten bolder with this new flexible awesomeness you are doing.

Great changes.

Why not simply allow all books to be injected at all times and only allow training once the prerequisits are met?
This way players can even sell "all skillbooks package" contracts to players. Like all skills needed to pilot some specific ship or perform a specific role? and then plan all those new skills into the new unlimited planner.

Is the escalation devblog released together with this change to data sites / relic sites?

Up: shut it.
My money: take it.

So no rebalance pass on stealth bombers as was mentioned before?

EDIT: Whoops, my mistake. Missed the mention of it.

Can the unlimited skill queue be set to include skills that you can't yet inject due to prereqs?
Perhaps at some point, but not in Phoebe Smile

I don't see how thats possible; you should only be able to queue the skills that you have currently injected.

I mean isn't that what EveMon is for?

Tiericide kinda screwed the pooch on this one, unfortunately. To allow people to train skills they had previously injected before the prereqs changed, they allowed you to train any skill you had injected, regardless of its prereqs.

Now that is a decent idea. But it would mess up the way that the toon traders value accounts wouldnt it? I personally would like to just buy all the books that get me into X ship, yes. But it might have unintended consequences.

On second thought, I dont give a crap, bring it!!!

Biggest problem atm, with 'train skills you can't inject yet', is that you can train any skill you have injected, even if you don't meet the prerequisites. That's a side effect of the skill changes for ships changing prereqs.

Some solution to this would be nice, but harder than it might sound.

Yeah, definitely. There would have to be, like, a separate holding area for skillbooks to be injected, and a "ghost" entry in the queue for them prior to the prereqs being met. I definitely wouldn't expect it to appear in Phoebe, or even this year. I certainly wouldn't want that to impede any progress on game balance. Developer time isn't fungible like this, of course, but I'm lacking a way to more adequately describe it.

Possibly instead of injecting a skill book, call it "add to library". Hence these are not necessarily confined to you being able to understand the contents of this skillbook, you simply own the book and can inject/learn from it when the understanding (prereqs) is there for your character.
