lights are overpowered at frigate level but they're a joke compared to what ******* drones are at cruiser level

because cruisers were re-balanced more recently than destroyers

in case you haven't noticed re-balance means massive buffs and power creep unless you're talking about missiles in which case it means

What about fixing the issue with agression on the dictor's bubble?
first it got agression, now there is no way to agress a dictor by its bubble.
This is overpowered and i was expecting a change to that was fairly disappointed.
Nice the eris gets a buff but still not getting at the crux of the problem with interdictors.

i liked the heretic for its good alpha - so i usually used heretic for LML/kite and flycatcher for rocket/brawl (dual neut yey!). You will still be able to do that after the changes (obviously) but the changes make them very similar ships.

The different properties made them quite interesting but the proposed changes would make them almost exchangeable and therefore in my opinion overall more boring ships.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

No, this is working as intended. It also means that being an interdictor pilot doesn't mean losing your ship almost every time you fly it.The more I see these interdictor changes, the happier I am.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

warping in bubbles to aggress was unintuitive and obscure. however the issue of dictors on an npc null station really needs to be looked at

It's rather odd that T1 Destroyers can demolish Interdictors. Give the interdictors a healthy resist bonus. Then add a negative resist bonus to the bubble launcher so that when the hull is used as an interdictor it's the same EHP as it is now but if you take the bubble launcher off then the extra resists take effect and it becomes a real T2 destroyer.

Reverse most of the missile and missile launcher nerfs and replace the ECM mechanic with a Missile Disruption mechanic to go along with the current Turret Destabilization.

I feel like you're trying to encourage close range combat over kiting with these changes. Is the idea to force more commitment and therefore greater consumption? Afterall, we don't see arty sabres
