The truth is that the 'carebear crowd' is impossible to please. A glance at the Features and Ideas section thread about the Maraduer changes (in which CCP made them into kick ass PVE 'mini-Dreadnaughts' that actually see more use in pve and even a bit better use in pvp) is all the evidence one will ever need of this.

For years they said "npcs need better AI", CCP delivers "better AI". Result, "WAHHH mah drones, I can't just launch drones and forget about them anymore, CCP PUT IT BACK LIKE IT WAS WAHHHHHHHH".

For years they said "we need something to spice up game play". CCP delivers hacking mini game. Result "WAHHH, now I have to click stuff, WAHHHHH". don't get me wrong, I don't like the hacking mini game but then I wasn't complaining about exploration in the 1st place.

For years they wanted "a way to interact with planets". CCP adds PI. Result: "Wahhh, clickfest, Wahhhhh, POCO taxes" lol.

Wasting time trying to please "carebears" with new content is about as smart as trying to get pre-teen girls to all agree on which One Direction member they want to marry.


I agree except on the pi par, much like WiS what CCP *said* pi was going to do and what it actually does are two totally different things. I was fine with it being simple because it was suppose to use dust, but we know how that went, so they need to go back and finish pi and make it what it could be. But for now i'm ok milking million a day off it. I just wish it was a tad less clicky lol, yes i'm a carebear, i have some teeth but meh, sue me.

Hawk, man.... just ask some of us for help. We have plenty of dudes that like to fleet up and run missions during the day.
Your tune might change when you pop the rat and score a sweet Faction drop, as rare as they are.

Seriously, though. Vent up when you're offered your next Burner. Someone will come to the pocket with you, if not multiple folks.
We're a team. Just because most of us in the alliance are sickened by PvE, doesn't mean we won't help you.

Ramona, I'm actually going to vouch for the guy. He busts his tail for this alliance, and he isn't afraid to jump into a combat ship and jack someone's day up.
Plus, he puts up with my crap, and hasn't ragequit the alliance, yet.... so, he's far from soft.

What's weak is your knowledge of PVE. If you took the time to visit the test server forums,you'd understand what is going on here.
