I'm stuck between calling these guys Mermaids or Rebirth Collective. Sooooooooo many options.

Tora, why did you recruit all of our targets? :(

Mermaids, rebirth collective, marmots, uedama space trash, cowards, handbag holdings, Drag queen collective, gelvon's personal man queens alliance. Just a few

Anyone would think your still upset from when you left marmite...

Your like Vegas little brother, cute.

Ha, I'd have to say the happiest day in eve for me was betraying marmite and leaving it.

And more like Vegas's partner in crime.

Bro lets be real, you hardly betrayed anything.
It aint like marmites shut down or if you remotely effected how they work.

Most muppets that post in this thread contradict themselves, "Marmite is awful, can't pvp, useless" blablabla then proceed to come on the forums and brag how they are uber elite pvpers and killed marmites.

Weren't you in Rebirth many times ?

I was also in Marmite. What is your point again? That I'm bad?
My point is, that you keep telling how bad everyone is at the time you were part of it. What does that make you ? Ever thought, that might be the reason people like you and seager got kicked from the alliance. And that's probably also why you both are so butt hurt and have that secret wish to be a Mermaidotgevlot again.

Marmite Collective was bad before I joined, was bad when I was part of it, and was bad after I left.

Coincidentally, Rebirth. was bad before I joined, bad when I was part of it, and bad when I left (each and every time).

You know why you're bad? You don't try to improve. You stay on undocks and blap new ships, or people who are incapable (willingly or not) of fighting back. That is called a comfort zone. You know how you get better? You leave your comfort zone and push yourself. Each and every time you have left the safety of the undock or a gate, you have failed. Just as Rebirth. has. Congratulations, you won at being on the Kita and Amarr undocks! but there's hundreds of more systems where no one is even remotely concerned you'll come to them, and thus in the grand scheme of things, you have failed. As has Kai86 and Afterbirth.

You are inconsequential, in both your alliance and this game. You make up far less than 1% of the annual kills, Tora. You are just the Swedish child who comes on these forums and tells us you are important because we respond to you. No, Tora: you respond to us. you and the rest of your crew attribute what we say to "tears" from bads. It is quite the opposite: your continual claim of being a significant force in EvE is the broken record of a man who, when he logs out, goes back to being a peon in the only game that truly matters.

You and your motley crew of has-beens (and not even that) are nothing, in this game or any other. Your constant need for validation, the constant cries of "Look at me, I'm important!" only solidify this. Orphanage was a name in all of EvE because they did what you did, but also pioneered everything. Even though they tried to take Sov and failed, the null-sec alliances had respect for the attempt. You? When you go to 0/4 space or below, you have the red on the killboard to show for it.

Leadership is something you learn. Maybe one day, you'll learn that.

So much butthurt in this thread. No offence ladies, but I think you are all just jealous of Marmite.

Seems the naysayers in here are mostly has-beens, former members of perhaps relevant corps that only have spewing out the bum left as a means of PvP.

There are some players in here who have been in more corps than their are scammers in Jita local!
(Hi Michelle).

Perhaps the 1 trillion ISK damage done to CFC entities in a matter of months isn't relevant to you folk, but to those of us in New Eden reality it kind of is!

Except "being good" is an invented concept as unique as each individual in this game. For some "being good" is getting the most kills. For others it is getting that one expensive capital kill. For others still it is putting green on the killboard, some random, some in specific areas. So ranting about how "marmite is bad" is pointless.

All I know is when people put money in Marmite, that money goes to blowing up expensive logistic ships of whoever the target is. That's a valuable strategic tool. Bitching and moaning about how "bad" they are says more about the individual ranting than it does about Marmite. Maybe they are bad, maybe they are good, I don't care. I care that X gets blown up and quite frankly I want them to have a hard time around Jita as the economic center of Eve.

There you have it, folks: a glowing review form the guy who couldn't run his own mercenary operation, libels other players because he is incompetent, and in general is a laughingstock among the EvE community.

What more could Marmite want?

Plenty of high value targets die in Jita and I know very well the issues constant wardec causes for people out in 0.0. Freight Club is still Marmite right? Marmite is Marmite.

This is the usual Marmite sperg. "You are posting here therefore you must be butthurt". Sometime people simply post to take the **** out of people who like to smacktalk while hiding behind neutral logi in Jita.

We are well aware that it's relevant to you. To us though it still means nothing. It's been happening for years, will happen for many more. It might be Marmite there doing it or it might be some other group of killboard padders, but it will always happen. And yet we still exist. Surely that simple fact is proof that it's not relevant to us.

Marmite are bad at their own stated goals. I guess you could say they are good at being bad.

If a war in highsec gave you problems in 0.0, then you did 0.0 wrong, it's that simple.

When you can cause 1 trillion isk in damage to us in 1 day then you might be relevant, but we brushed that off so probably not.

Personally I don't care much about if we are good, bad, ugly, perfect, nub cakes or whatever....... I care about one important factor :

Are we having fun playing Eve ?

And yes we are having much fun!! Twisted

So if the alliance ceo doesn't care about the label you want to give it, why would anyone outside the alliance care ? Sorry if this will hurt your feelings, but I am not really interested in your negative opinion ? Blink

You can say that, but it's not all its about though is it? If people joined you and you guys all had loads of fun together, but they damaged your killboard efficiency too much, you'd give them the boot, fun or not. so you can say "it's about fun" but actions speak louder than words.

Lucas a few pages back I showed you plenty of 0.0 alliances that died due to wardecs in big fat haulers. Whoever is "doing it wrong" Marmite is blowing them up. At the end of the day who cares who is "Good" and "Bad", question is, what is the result? Dead hauler? Then good. Why do people keep thinking Eve is about fair fights?

Holy Guacamole! Tora said something I actually agree with.

Being the best Merc group out there is very subjective to game play. There are too many styles and no one group covers them all but they tend to fall into a few types. A few examples of those considered the best in their day with a few of todays names by style.

Hub Campers: Privateers, Orphanage, Marmite.
HS Hunters: Repo, Snatch Victory, Break a Wish, Forsaken Asylum.
Hub Griefers: Child, ReBirth, Failed.
0.0 Contracts: MC, PL, Noir

Regardless of your play style, whether you think you're the best or most feared at it or not; enjoying what you do makes the opinions of the ramble a bit meaningless.
