This is like the Jump / Bridge thing on Titans. And will probably be never changed.

Would like to see mining drones engage asteroids the same way all other drones engage their targets with the "F" key. I've been asking for this for over 5 years under features/ideas and never once have I ever received a dev reply. I know others have been asking for this for years as well.

Combat drones attacks target with the F key.
Salvage drones salvage target with the F key.
Repair drones repairs target with the F key.

Mining drones is always about constantly right clicking to mine asteroids. Theres no need for the "Mine" option when everyone uses "Mine repeatedly." "Mine" should be removed.

could we have some work on biographies ... 1000 char is limiting .. smaller fonts 8- 36 is too large ... better customization please

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

Suggestion: Adjust Faction Crystals to be different or at least the same as Imperial Navy.

Note:
Currently Imperial Navy Crystals are the best faction (not rare) crystals.
Idea is to make usual pirate crystals different - for example more EM damage on Sansha , and more thermal damage on Blood , or at least match their stats to the imperial navy ones.

Can we get current ship drone control range displayed somewhere accessible? Somewhere in the fitting window would be perfect, although in "show info" when you right-click on your ship would work too.

Exact matches should always be on top in search results. They are in People and Places, but not in Create Contract->Private/Name or when Composing a new mail.

When selecting Medical Clone station put all stations in one list and have a checkmark for "show only stations with medical facilities". Makes it easier when you just want to jump and don't know if dest has medfac or not. Maybe have icons showing medfac or not. Maybe make list sortable/searchable.

Clone cost. Upgrading should be cheaper from a larger clone (ie. 90m -> 120m should be cheaper than 900k -> 120m)
(Not really a Little Things maybe)

People & Places Search-results for are not sorted. (Exact match is on top but rest of list has no discernible order).

Should be able to save fits on ships in remote locations (you can already see the fit in the Show Info window).

I'd like to see modules automatically repack when they are placed in a hanger.

The additional clicks to repackage and confirm that I want to (there's no option to block the confirmation popup) are sometimes a bit of a PITA.

The process of repackaging doesn't serve any other gameplay purpose, other than to add clicks into the process of selling loot, etc.

It would be great not to have to repackage items individually too (if auto repackaging isn't possible).

Currently we have gas sites ( mine able ) spawning in :
- higsec
- low sec
- COSMOS Constellations
- WH ( a bit different use of those gas clouds )

Still normal Nullspace don't spawn any gas sites.

Suggestion : Un-mined Belts gain 10% of its mass during DT .

Note:
During the DT not mined ICE belts gain 10% to their mineral capacity. This applies up to 500% for each ice belt.
This way ice belts in all those "not safe" locations will be very lucrative target for the mining ops , and all those mining barges will create content for other people.

it'd be nice that implants when selected in your inventory would show projected effects on your ship. Like mousing over a module does now.

if you copy and paste a few ships from dscan to a chat, can you make it so that it doesn't add a line break after every ship? Feature would be much more useful if it wouldn't.

in the dev blog there's a screencrab for the new look for the blueprints (without the extra materials), so used the same and im thinking something like this, that would make it easier to copy paste into external spreadsheets and too math with em :)
currect format just copyes the material and the ammount in the same column and the brackets so either u have to split the row or write the number out manually to the next column

someone told me to post my idea here, so here it goes:


lets say i have a nice stack of 8 guns, that i want to fit on my ship, lets say destroyer.. with current fitting technique, or lack of.. i have to drag my guns, 1 by 1, into the fitting window. what i suggest, is a little modifictaion to the codes (well i don't know if its a little change i have no knowledge in coding) that allows you to hold down SHIFT (or any button) to drag the whole stack in the fitting window! i think it would make some kind of sense. and i hope its not too much work.

  • Suggestion: Make the search history in the Route Planner useful/able to be cleaned up

  • Keywords: ui, autopilot, info panels, route planner, waypoints, searching

  • Note: Right now, if I go to (just as an example) Jita a lot, if I type in "Jita" to the Search field in the Route info panel in space, I get a little drop-down under the text field saying "Jita." How nice--until I click the text field and the whole window closes without adding Jita to my autopilot route. Can the code be changed so that clicking on an item in the Route search history brings up the same window as when you click the Search button? Similarly, if I misspell "Jita" to say, "Jits" and click Search, now "Jits" shows up as a (useless) suggestion next to "Jita" when I type "Jit" into the search field. Can a little X be added somewhere on the side of the suggestions to remove them and reduce clutter and confusion when searching?

If at all possible make burned out crystals in lasers autoreload from cargo if there are more crystals in cargo. At present you must degroup guns, reload the crystal in question, regroup guns, move them back to where they used to be on the UI and then continue as before. To make matters worse if your crystals are just slightly out of sync (due to degrouping guns once or something) then you could have this entire process happen 8 times in a single fight.

If this isn't possible to fix then please, please make the autofit ship tool not treat used crystals as new crystals because when you hit fit it'll give you a mixture of used and new which will guarantee the problem mentioned above will happen.

It's a hack job, but, maybe the fitting window icon in the coms/ui can be made to resemble the actual fitting window itself?
