Warning to anyone buying from caspirity he is a scammer

Hi i had to post this to warn people of this scammer he sold me a char for 2.5 bil which was all the isk i have buy the way,Then after he agreed in game and on fourms.

Scammers name:caspirity


He edited his sale post, The subject line and what he wanted for the char and will not speak to me.

CCP doesn't permit scamming character sales in the character sales forum, so I would make sure you have an active petition, and it will be sorted out.

Petition it and it will get sorted out. Most likely you will get reimbursed by CCP, and that other guy will receive a warning and/or ban and of course the 2.5 bil will be subtracted from his wallet.
Tip is to always get a trusted 3'rd party with these things, to avoid stuff like this.

When you petition make sure you select the topics "Billing & Account" and "Character Transfers & Account Services" to speed things up.

caspirity is going to have quite the wake up call when his 2.5bil profit scam turns into 0bil profit scam as he stares on from the login screen for 2 weeks.

I would also recommend taking a screen shot of the original post before any transference of isk in order to add to your support ticket should one be required. It will add validation to your complaint.

Unless things have changed recently, CCP come down on char scammers with something akin to Thors hammer.

You WILL receive your isk back so dont sweat it, and he WILL receive a ban, probably permanent ( like i said, unless they relaxed their position on this stuff )

OP if you already put in a ticket then all you can do for now is wait

I'll join in on what the others are saying to let you know that "Yes, this is a big no no if it was all handled on the official character sale forums. CCP tends to come down pretty hard on this issue."

Just be patient.

While scamming is allowed within the game, it is absolutely against the rules on the character bazaar.
