both effects are awesome ,this from OP and from Mecatama Mk2 link, god this looks soo fantastic, things like that shows how prehistoric eve is in terms of space thingy ... :(

I really really dream about remodeled eve effects, warp, shields, armour, system stars, asteroids fields etc. i would gladly welcome expansion that is all about graphic, effects and better/more realistic space feel updates

I always feel the warp effect on the ship itself, as well as on entry and exit a bit lacking...not enough oomph P

The one in the video is definitely better, do want.

By the way, is that video is made by a dev, or some players hacked the client to include his custom effect ?

Actually, it looks edited to me. Someone frapsed a warp, then cut out the small section where the ship goes into warp, and the rest of space and the other ship are all at normal speed, but the ship that goes into warp is accelerated tenfold and the glow added to the engines for extra oomph. Pretty easy to do with the right software and make look really good.

Now that most ships accelerate to warp faster this would be very cool.

Also +1 on After Effects visualization.

Why can we not have both the Op's repeatedly posted version AND Meca's version?

Pretty sure the later is what the Ops version would look like first hand.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Would be awesome to have however this wouldnt work on a minmatar ship.

As soon as you hit warp your pod would shoot out the front and the ship would ass explode into bits. Shocked

Nah you gotta have debris clouds for each.

Minmatar: nuts, bolts, duct tape rolls
Amarr: Pax Ammaria, various beads, small crosses
Gallente: adults magazines
Caldari: office supplies

+9000 to OP request
I demand THIS in game.
Also, isn't it looks a bit more realistic according to theory of relativity? I mean if you start moving near\above speed of light - u appeared to shine like diamond?

Would make it impossible to follow a ship in warp and thus negate the gameplay impact of the new warp speed changes, so I'm not really into it

Must. Have.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.
