[MERC] The Marmite Collective

Loss to Obsidian Front this engagement had many more Marmite battleships and T3s on field before they fled.


Long form-ups happened wherever and whenever there was a large enemy gang around. Worst of all in Uedama. In the case of this OF gang we let them come and camp us in station, **** up local and then let them get all the way back to Hek (their staging system) before we even decided if we were going to fleet up to engage them or not. While we were finally going to pursue OF a ragtag fleet of Jokers Wild. was coming up the pipe from Amarr that would've easily been stomped by an un-FC'd cruiser gang. But no, our space honoure as Marmites had been tarnished, we had to go show those OF guys a lesson instead of taking the easy kills and satisfying our desire to kill something while we were camped in.


And I did FC some gangs in the short time I was in Marmite. Jokers Wild. disbanded because of the war dec that I paid for and the harassment that me and few others did was pretty much the sole reason for it. Unlike you I didn't just log in and expect things to be handed to me (I'm looking at you station campers) I took what was given to me and had a lot of fun and worked for my content.

I was not FC gavjack was and he did a damn good job aswell getting out as many marmites as he did
but a 25+ man log off was not expected. not to take any thing away from OF its was a GF and we lost
it happens. big deal and I don't remember being a big station camper my own KB says that.

ps sorry to any marmites for my last post most of you did listen and had ships ready.

Lets just set the record straight here a minute, Fybs has ALWAYS maintained that he doesnt want to FC but due to people (myself included) being unwilling to we kind of kept volunteering him. (Besides i rather enjoy flying with fybs as he lacks the drama most folks seem to have)

As for form up times thats down to the individuals themselves, not the FC.

Oh and as for that player who has only losses, looks like a logistics pilot to me?

so lets look at the facts shall we?

1) you can't show any proof why i was such a "garbage FC" (not saying I'm some elite FC).

2) if I was not FC how can I tell the fleet to jump (when not FC I stfu always).

3) your recollection of the OF fight is very different to 25 or so of us who were also there.

4) last I checked RR domis are pretty good and are widely used by Mercs.

This is so funny. Uedama local few hours before this fight, we see Marmites flying around in Falcons. A guy in Marmite likes to quad box, he has 2 of his chars in falcons. So, I gave him some friendly advice:

Lets stop any speculation from the get-go, I left the Marmite Collective:

Arrow To try something new, and avoid the unpleasantness of late we have all seen on this thread.
Arrow I had the ride of my Eve life with Marmite and Concentrated Evil, tons of kills and tears of joy and sadness.
Arrow Eastern US timezone coverage was an issue which left me and my regular wingmates by ourselves.
Arrow Constant barrage of personal attacks about the peron i was as opposed to who i am, by jerks and stuff.

In conclusion, I leave The marmite Collective and Concentrated Evil with regret and sadness, but with the knowledge that we will be friends and always strive for the freight-train momentum The marmite Collective has in empire. I better be allowed on comms or ill not be pleased. Blink
