i find it hilarious that one of your arguments is that bubbles require no skill to use, and yet you want a no skill module to counter them . . .

doesnt that make you just as bad as they are?

Probably worse.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Bubbles already have a lot of counters and limitations. Not being able to use any just shows how bad you are at this game.

-Guns, always more guns !! (kill them and they're not a problem anymore)

As a avid user of bubbles, I wish to state that a bubble-counter isn't a terrible notion, yet...

Attack someone, they warp away... the counter:
Warp Disruptor... Point them, and now they can't warp away... but you want to warp away, so counter:
Warp Core Stabs... Now you can warp away again... but I don't want you to warp away, so counter:
Warp Bubble.... Now you can't warp away agin... but you want to warp away, so??

FYI: Interdiction nullified t3's are terrible OP in their current incarnation. The notion of safely traveling anywhere in the game shouldn't exist! I don't care how much you spent on the damn ship! IMO, IN T3's need to be nerfed (and I know exactly how: Have it so they can be pulled INTO a bubble, but they can still warp out!!!).

Now, onto your interdiction nullifying "counter" to bubbles. I'm not 100% opposed to this, as long as it is appropriately balanced. For example, have it require ~150 CPU, 1 PG, be a lowslot, with at least two of the following drawbacks:
1.) It interferes with cloaks, making them not work! (i.e. no cloaking with this module)
2.) It nerfs your agility to essentially double your align time.
3.) It nerfs your warp speed to that of a freighter.
4.) It interferes with WCS's, making them not work.

*edit* and it cannot be fit on Supercaps

no need to have this on the bomber, it may even can be restricted to some frigates so everybody is happy but still would bring a bit more life to null sec

IN is NOT a weak tool... at its core, it allows people to safely travel from system to system, despite the gate camps and hurdles residents use to stop them. This makes it a very potent tool, and should be balanced as such!

I want an easy to use module for small ships maybe even frigates only to bring a bit more life to nullsec, and encourage new players a bit more to try going to nullsec

the pro's at CCP can figure out the details, just wanted to bring it up, no need to have it exactly like mentioned there could be other restrictions to it, who knows, maybe some more ideas come up, we will see

Bombers ARE frigates. If you restrict it to fit on nothing but a very select group of frigates, literally all it will be used for is to allow cyno ships to stroll through gatecamps and whatever other attempts a sov holder makes to defend their space..
