Hello again everyone. Just as we did with the T1 frigates, we've done a quick pass over the T1 cruisers to look for obvious places where they needed adjustment. As always it's important to note that changes like these take time to settle into the EVE meta, so we want to make small changes and watch the results. Once past the initial tiericide maintaining these ships is a lot like seasoning a soup, take it slow and adjust to taste.

So here's our first set of follow-up tweaks to help with little issues that have appeared surrounding T1 cruisers.

The changes include a reduction to the electronics systems on the Support Cruisers (Lock range, scan resolution and sensor strength) to make them more vulnerable to electronic warfare and further distinguish them from their tech two counterparts.
We are also giving some moderate improvements to the two lowest performing attack cruisers, the Stabber and Omen.

Exequror:
-70 Scan Resolution

Osprey:
-2.5km Lock Range

Omen:
-600,000 Mass

Stabber:
Change falloff bonus from the 7.5% per level to the standard 10% per level
+25m3 Dronebay and 25mbit bandwidth

Those look like some decidedly potent changes. But I'm more interested in the bolded - I'm curious how you're coming up with the "lowest performing"?

More drone bays for ships again? The drone ships are looking less land less attractive each patch.

I don't suppose you could add a tiny bit of lock range to the Scythe? It needs a couple hundred meters more as right now with skill to 5, it locks 65.63km and the reppers go to 66km. The Exequror by comparison locks to 68.75km with the same 66km rep range.

While I tend to fly t1 logis alot, I agree that it is only fair that the t2 ones get a bigger advantage.

Stabber changes are welcome aswell. Adding drones to the stabber haven't really been what I have thought about to fix its dps, it is still better than nothing. But what about supporting the split weapon layout instead? Like letting the ROF bonus (and maybe also range) affect missiles as well.

that lower mass on the omen whats its max speed with a mwd on now? seems like it will be pretty good now...

not sure the stabber needed 5 lights perhaps 3 max tbh...

They will do navy ships after the T1 ships or somewhere in that area, but not just because they rebalanced a T1 hull that has a navy variant.
You should take this opportunity to capitalize on the poor navy hulls, then when they become good sell for huge profit.
