It kicked in one time when I was hauling across Devoid, of all places.

I found it hilarious, as I had previously only experienced it on Sisi.

EDIT: Hilarious on Local especially as people freaked out.

I just had the bestest ideas ever. All of highsec is always under 25-50% TiDi. Let's call it Temporal Tax. If you want to play the game at normal speed, you have to go to lowsec.

So yeah... why is a high-sec region under TiDi? Something big happening around Sinq Laison? I've stopped playing since the game isn't enjoyable at this speed.

Is it the whole region or just one or two systems? (please check)

Usually it means the server the affected systems are on is also hosting a system that has become very busy - all the systems on the server go to TiDi.

And thats the question: Does anyone know of some big thing going on in the Sinq region that would load the servers?

Also Ive heard that CCP tries to group solar systems so all of the systems on a node are from the same region.

I don't believe that is true Vincent. Having said that, it is always possible that they have changed that in the recent past... but they used to have different criteria for node placement other than physical location of the systems in relation to each other.

The only reason I could see for grouping a region on one server is to reduce the time associated with jumps. If your session does not have to be moved to new hardware, it may be a faster change. I do know in some Sisi tests one test they like to do is a jump that requires a server change, so there is something going on there.

CCP should consider giving their hamster EPO. And rename him "Lance".

But on a more serious side, could it be that there is to much people in high sec atm.

'Why is high sec under tidi' Highsec is not the most important area of space in the game. Please realise that. It is equal to all other area's of the game and therefore sometimes you will have to deal with the fact other players choices will impact the way you play the game. Next time please don't come crying to the forums beceause you aren't having fun playing a game alot more people than YOU are also playing.

Oh shut up, nullscrub. Huge battles get reinforced nodes - so should hubs.

Try dealing with 10% tidi on an unreinforced node that is grinding to a stop.

... the Hubs that need it already do. Jita is on a dedicated, reinforced node.

yeah uh even dodixie isn't busy enough to justify keeping it on a reinforced node at all times

it probably is because of dodi though it's quite rare.

sinq laison is one of the biggest regions of the game also.
