You have much smaller belts , and you are not making the most out of the belts

*shrug* then i just move next door.

but then the guy next to you also have the same idea and has stripped the belt you just moved to the other day .

You lose , and so does he.

All I am asking for is one or two asteroids being left behind for ALL of us to gain.
MINIMUM cost , MAXIMUM long term gain

What are you talking about? It's bad enough that ice doesn't decay like asteroids do. Removing the daily limit of resource extraction is just another way to screw over the in-game economy.

The regions I'm in at the moment, Everyshore and Essence, always have roids left over at the end of the day, in a stack of systems. Hardly anyone ever even touches the Arnatele and Grinacanne systems.

No, resources are abundant enough as is.

Every two seconds, an area of asteroid field the size of Jita is lost due to belt stripping or destructive practices. Seventy two per cent of Caldari's intact asteroid landscapes and 55 per cent of the Null's have already been lost forever. Now the Gallante's belts face the same threat.

While the causes vary from region to region, they all have one thing in common: strip mining. Through orca stripping ,mob mining, multiboxing and crappy spawn, humankind is wiping out the asteroid belts - and the life that depends on them - at a terrifying pace.

What is being practiced now is unsustainable and will only harm the benefits of future generations(as in belt generations).
As the belts are stripped of their minerals , the upcoming spawn will be much smaller in quantity and much lower in quality.

For the sake of your own profit and the benefit of the whole of New Eden. Save the asteroid belts ,not just for your neighbors ,but also for yourself

Be in the know.

You do understand that this is a game, and those asteroids are just pixels, right?

This sounds like goons/test trying to get miners to stop mining and resell wholesale ore and minerals.

Thats the benefits of living in the New Frontier and having the bounty of the world to yourself .
The asteroid belt regen rate can sustain your activities , but for more populated region. A.B.C is the only way

and yes , I do know asteroids are pixels .

For those saying ,HAH!
I live in timzeones of which I am the first one there after DT, good for you ,but that doesn't make the fact that you are mining tomorrow's ore .
THE VERY same thinking that dragged the entire world (mainly America) into a real estate crisis.

I may be a hippie, but is has been a wile since I was bloody. Mind you, if need be I have no trouble giving Asteroid Belt strippers and mining balance destroyers a bloody nose (in game). In a 'peaceful' manner of course Cool

Yep, and proud of it: Old forum sig.

And to the OP: I never strip a belt bare. I don't have to and don't want to, as I only ever mine in Anoikis.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

But on a more serious note: wasn't the little known fact that the ore yield of asteroid belts decreases about 0,5% each time the belt is completely stripped added by CCP on purpose to get more miners out to low- and nullsec?

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.
