I'm not sure what planet you are coming from, but i haven't been kicked from a corp since i was in TunDraGon witch is many many years ago.

I left Mind Games my self because i couldn't keep up with the alliance in the long run. Was to busy to keep following when the alliance was moving around.

In empire on the other hand, we don't have to move much around. Yes, we are often moving around from Jita to Amarr and Dodixie, but that takes like 20 mins?

So it will be something else here in empire.

This thread is getting long. I predict 2013 will be a year of high drama....and feelings and stuff.

Kai86 is in the Military.

If you look at his killboard, war cycles and literally anything else he does in EVE: Online (down to activity and logging in) it's all central to the US Army pay cycle (the first and the fifteenth). Every 1st and 15th that Rebirth. is active, he has between 2-4b in losses or so (3-4 PLEX worth).

He goes at pretty great length in Rebirth. Team Speak/Vent to talk about how rich he is in-game, how much space holla holla dolla he has, and how his losses 'mean nothing' because he can easily replace them (next payday). Keep in mind, I understand MANY casual PvPers play this way, and do what you need to do- but Kai cares about killboard stats so much I actually got him to blow up about 400 USD of his own money at me after infiltrating his corp once.

October of last year, I was in Rebirth. because some old friends from previous empire shenanigans groups were in there. So anyway, literally after 15 minutes of being in comms with Kai, talking about how awesome he was and generally getting circle jerked by friends, I convo'd friends in No Kings/0rphanage to come get these station camping faction battleships killed.

Which was relatively successful getting Ushwi's Machariel killed as well as my own comedy fit Zombie Mach (it was reimbursed from a year prior to all this), and I think a Harbinger.

Kai86 promptly posted on my Machariel loss:
"Thehammer4886 • a year ago − this will be repayed.... so help me ADOPT will suffer for this "

He then continued to fit ships for a sleeper alt he had in the 0rphanage (who I wasn't a part of at the time) and continued to blow them up (to ruin killboard stats) with frigates with fellow corp members:

(I'm speculating on how much actual money this was, largely because I don't remember or care to find out what PLEX prices were a year ago, somehow I doubt they were the 570m they are today)

He made a bunch of other hilarious conversation, but alas- they were all in logs I deleted months ago. All Kai cares about is his rank on Griefwatch and Battleclinic; if a fight swings out of his favor, he will literally Makalu and leave his corp mates on grid as he warps/cloaks to safety. Without question he is the biggest scrub in Empire.




Also- NightmareX when you quote me please use 'them' instead of 'you' to talk about the Marmite collective, your misuse of pronouns at this point is making you look slightly less than clever, and undermines any wit or insult your post might have contained.

I get it! Ahhhh, took me this post to get what you meant. However, he would have been paid yesterday, since the military gets a paycheck on the first and fifteenth of every month (but, with today being a holiday, he would have been paid yesterday).

Also, Kai is no longer in the military. He received a Bad Conduct Discharge from the Army for personal shortcomings in life. I just wanted to make that comment before someone thinks he actually represents those of us who serve(d) honorably and have the DD-214 to prove it.

Not exactly. The Marmite Collective felt that an alliance with such a divine name should not be focussing on filling forum threads with low quality smack talk. So they didn't shut it down at all. They merely changed the focus to sharing cupcake recipes.

Also, they gave me full control! They really are great guys!

That was more of to point out that Kai is incompetent in running an alliance, so the war has become just his corp instead of the alliance name.

So they can't try to hide losses. ;)
