EVE Online: Retribution 1.0 Issues

I am at my corp POS trying complete a research job. I selected the job that is ready, pressed the deliver button, and watched the Completing Jobs status bar go. Once the status bar his complete it stops doing anything and locks up at that point. The job is never completed, and I have to hit the escape button to be able to get out of this frozen mess. I am running Windows 7 on a PC. I have attempted to complete the job multiple times with two different accounts.

spent every isk i have creating an industry job while setting up my first planetary command post. Oops My industry job wont deliver and my command post loses its contents after extracting. X these bugs suck :-( I cant play properly now until i get some more isk and industry is working again. i subscribed after being 2 days into my trial but starting to reconsider now i think :( what can i do?

The Retribution bug that previously for certain users crashed the client to desktop upon login everytime (temp solution being to start the exefile as admin) is now instead calling the message that client data is corrupted and that repairs will be attempted by starting it via the launcher.

Starting via the launcher after this message has no effect and just triggers it again, effectively still preventing logging into the game without starting it as administrator.

Transferred items appear inside the customs office after you re-login. They don't get lost forever.

Same problem here - have sent a bug report. Hopefully they will fix it asap!

Ship cargo hold being open is not persistent. I had my ship cargo hold open when I logged out. I would like it to be open when I log back in. A few expansions back it was.

Alright let's get some things straight here..

To be quite honest i didn't expect this expansion will fail so much that actually we will be doing more waiting than actually playing and sending tons of petitions to get reimbursed for the losses. If i knew this would happen i would definitely recommend you guys to extend the inferno and stick to it ! The quality of the game is not same and i'm starting to wonder if CCP sold the game to jagex...

- everyday is a new bug..
- disconnecting problems and the new systems that make sure you die to NPCs ... lost 2 tengus while running sites and a Proteus during a fight.
-Where is the creativity that we used to enjoy in the other expansions ?
- Slow response to fixing the issues (now we have to wait till the other DT). my petition still waiting since the 5th.
In the end we are looking for quality and not quantity so if one expansion per year will bring so much good than harm i'm fine with it...

consider this as a constructive critic.

Rejoice ccp this is my thanks to you for fixing the pop menu in corp industry job now it finally has set destination working again.Thanks for fixing this fast, you are one of the companies that actually fixes problems fast.

Mine haven't. Plus the stuff I imported out of my cargo hold to the customs office (which didn't actually appear there at all) has apparently just gone. Not back in my cargo hold, and not in the customs office

Plus, what's worse, is that all my PI has now ground to a halt as I can't shuffle stuff about to make expensive items....losing a fortune Ugh

I can't really play EVE since todays patch.

I like to point 2 things that i found! Don't know if others have point them before but i will again anyway since there were 3 patch fixes and didn't seem to fix them!

1) Please change the splash screen of the game to RETRIBUTION splash screen. It still says INFERNO. It doesn't affect something but it is weird and surely u can't say that u didn't see it since it is there every time u open the game.

2) First of great job to the new module tooltips at space but i found out that the info they show is wrong sometimes. Especialy at mining they show the base yeld of the modulated strip miners II and not the full amount with the crystals installed which is somehow confusing. Or at least put both parameters at the tooltip. Maybe this happens to other parameters also. Can u check it and see if it works ok ?

As of Retribution 1.0.3 the safety has still not been fixed and resets every time you relog.

i just had this today, dropped 500,000 (approx) felsic magma into a customs office and it dissappeared, then i split a stack of complex organisms so i had a nice small stack of 10, tryed dropping this into the customs office and this also dissappeared.

I havent seen faction spawn in angel null after retribution went live. I used to get them every few or three days prepatch (was looking them around 6hrs daily). Im sure it got something to do with the thing ccp said "downtimes cannot anymore be abused to find factionspawns". But the funny thing is i usually got my faction spawns after 00:00 eve time. Not after downtime...

Salvager drones production in POS'es.



Many have complained at the fact that you can't produce salvager drones in a drone assembly array, and this is correct (probably a miss by CCP)

However, they are producable in the small assembly array at current state.

I hope that helps atleast someone.

When transfering material(s) from planet to custom office, materials dissapear from custom office. Need to restart the client to be able to see them. Happened first time today after the last patch update (1.0.3)
Not sure if this has been reported, if it has I'm sorry.

just seen it has been reported. sorry for double post

I've noticed that if you have at least 1 item in the custom office before the transfer, the items transferred wont dissapear.
