It can be traded on the open market. There aren't any on the market or in contracts right now. The Iteron Mk IV Quafe Ultramarine Edition is available on contracts only and is going for a little over 3 billion a ship right now. There are a handful available. You can pick a Iteron IV Amastris Edition up w/ a 30 day non-trial account for 17 bucks right now, and there are none on the market or on contracts. Just sayin'... if you have the cash you could probably make a few ISK.

First person to contract me the Iteron IV Amastris Edition get a billion ISK. Big smile

These ships will be selling for about 6 billion for the first little while (sorry Gogela). If you are quick to get in then you needen't even bother logging in to your new acct. Just let it run out. No matter. You are not buying an acct, you are buying isk for really cheap. At least until the market floods.

No prob. Mr. Epeen is correct. Maybe I posted this in the wrong thread. Some aren't thinking this through very well... shoulda gone to sell orders thread.

Also a good initial marketing push for CCP now that I think about it. The first group that actually cashes in on this will push up EvE in the amazon market quite a bit I bet. Will make the numbers inflate and put them on top... savvy marketing.

Sounds like the standard newbie booster implant (+3 to all attributes iirc) that ceases to function when the character is older than 35 days.

Also, by “standard” I mean that it's something they commonly include as a bonus in newbie promotions. I seem to recall that it sells fairly well on the market too, as people use them to quick-skill their alts when they don't have access to any of the promotions that hand them out (or simply don't want to pay for them and prefer to go the all-ISK route).
