Oh I see... it's on their Terms of Use:

"4. Territorial Restrictions

The Store is currently only available to customers located in the United States. We regret that you may not use the Store if you are outside the United States. "United States" refers to the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands."

At least they included my Island this time. They used to left us out too.

I really wanted to get the package, for the ship and cerebral accelerator...but its not available in my country.. Lame.

When are they going to extend these kind of offers to other countries, or make them available internationally?

I just bought one of these for a trial alt the other day. They pretty much suck. I sold it in jita for .5bn, sold the clothes to buy better clothes, and sold the booster for another .5bn. It has 5003m main capacity and like 100,0003m in the "Quafe bay". o_O
