All the people that like this new inventory system must have not tryed working out of a pos after this patch. POS living is now a joke. Try mining with 6 accounts. Every time you go to the pos you need to scroll through all the hangers till you find the one you need and then warp back to your crew at the belt just to sepperate the jet can from your inventory everytime and then repeat. Thank you for making mining a bigger pain in the ass ccp.



I think I'll go play a more user friendly game.

For me, the inventory system is a step forward (more precise: five steps forward, two steps back; yes, it does have a few issues). I can assure you, if they replaced this inventory system (if it had been in the game for years) with the old one, then you would have far more rage.

There are a lot of usage-scenarios where this one is superior.

Yes, they still have to iterate on it. But FOR ME, its certainly better to use now than before (i am a trader). And it promises to be MUCH better in the end, as the basic concept is superior to the old inventory system.

Also, you should start reading the posts of people who politely disagree with you, instead of calling them trolls. Quoting one of the more worthy ones:

its easy, this post is not for people that like the new inventory, this post if for people to let ccp know that we are pissed about the new inventory. If you like it, great, make a thread about it, or post in the posi thread. Otherwise, your trolling.

You are welcome to try and help us see the errors in our ways, if you have working workarounds for our issues, but I warn you, the currently supplied workarounds are not working for some of us.

I wake up to 12 pages this morning and its pretty much just you arguing with people who disagree with you. I'm having a hard time deciding if you are truly voting with your wallet, seems like you are more hellbent on convincing as many people as possible to come with you and dispel any notions that you can't possibly be wrong. Are you running for an election?

I am using the new inventory window with relish! It works. Saves me clicks and keeps my main window from becoming cluttered with multiple open windows.

I think overall the devs have done an excellent job with Inferno. It's not perfect, but the wrinkles will be smoothed out I am sure.

In the meantime, all of you entitlement mentality wonks who think that Eve revolves around you and your every desire, please keep in mind that you are, by every indication, an incredibly miniscule sampling within the entire Eve populous.

The new inventory is fine. The other way used to be so frustrating some times. Now its new and modern.

Its funny, i thought this was a spaceship game and blowing stuff up? What kind of people quit because they dont like the new inventory?

I'm not going to unsubscribe over the inventory system, but I do oppose it (and I'll gladly join another Jita riot over it). I'd like to see us go back to the old inventory system.

We've rolled back before (remember the return of the ship hangar, albeit no ship wobble?). We can do it again.

Recommendations:

-enable ships wobbling in hangar view (pre-Captains Quarters)

-add more missions (NPC fleet vs. NPC fleets that actually shoot)

-STOP NERFING EVERYTHING!

Not unsubbing but somebody needs to sit the Unified Inventory developer down with a nice hot cup of tea and explain the lessons we all learned about incarna and how bad it was when functionality was removed from the client.

Never ever remove critical functions from the ship right click menu!

say what you will, I was dealing with trolls, and nothing else, very little of the UI is good and here is why, mostly 0 post alts with 0 thought posts.
