Can gate jump & warp effects & overlay/radar be added to Eve... Jumping through stargates, the warp tunnel, and the new overlays that came with Phoebe seem to cause significant reductions in frame rate. Tool doesn't show current GFX problems. Good tool, shows my hardware is still just about suitable to run TELEX/FAX, not so much Eve Online in full tilt.
