In the early days, TEST got it right. They brought it, fearless, and intrepid attackers. If they got whelped, they came back again the next day for more pew. When I lived in Scalding Pass/Wicked Creek, I never had more fun PvPing than when TEST came calling.

I endorse this product and/or service. Hisec PvP noobs, make up a PvP alt and fly with Xystance. You won't regret it.

Things worth remembering when peasants revolt:

  • They outnumber the "landed gentry" by a significant number
  • They have nothing to lose, so don't care about dying
  • They come equipped with all sorts of nasty farming implements, and no-one wants to be on the wrong end of a pitchfork...
They say never come to a gunfight armed with a knife. You appear to have come armed with a spoon.

Please keep your naming to your mommy and daddy.
Don't act like a 6 years old little kid someone took his toy away.

Xystance plans to lead a horde of highsec'ers without any really experience and wants to fight goons with them.
What do you think will happen?

You can be the best general in the world, but if you troops don't know what to do, you will still lose, even if you win a few batlles.
His experience isn't going to make a real difference in the outcome.
It will just be a fun ride until more people lose too many ships and say "well, I had enough".
This isn't corp wars. People won't stick around too much.

worst case: people are too scared to join, project dies.

best case; people join, after some time they realize it is ok to have fun in eve, they get some ridiculous goon killmails, more people join, the hurricanes blot out the sun, a new member of the CFC is born
(or Xystance disbands before people grow fat & lazy).

Neither Xystance nor anybody else (except the goons) has anything to lose in this.
Fun and a nice David vs Goliath story should be motivation enough to give it a try and see where it takes you.

Can I ask what goons stand to lose? Because if you think its space or anything else your in for a sad mistake. Goons hold space so people know where to go to fight them if they want(sadly, no one seems to want to attack goon space since DRF tried to siege VFK and learned the hell of rapecages)

GSF will implode? I nicely asked you to do your homework before posting and yet you continue to post your uneducated opinion. I am disappoint. Should I call you names again? And again. Will it help?

If it make your epeen larger, you are welcome to try.
But if its already non-exist, I think it won't matter as much. null x 2 = a whole lot of bored to death brain cells.

And GSF will implode?
I think you need to replace your pills. They seem to not work.

GSF will have fun, high-secers will have fun, a lot of isk will go "boom" on both sides, someone will make large profit out of everyone, and after a bit of time the world will go back to rotate as it used to.
GSF will keep killing miners when they want to make a large market profit, and miners will keep on mining.
GSF will not go away, they will not die or implode, they will not lose too much that they can't rebuild quite quickly, and everyone will go back to whine in a month or two about them again.

Again you are too delutional to compare this project to corp vs corp (or alliance vs alliance) territory fights.

uh. wait wut? Do you know what shooting blues even IS? Shocked

Give you a hint, tho, miners aren't blue, and when goons want to shoot blue, they don't use alts for it Roll

But if your goal is to teach the goons a "lesson"... well....
Most likely they will teach you a thing or two regarding null sec pvp.
Don't forget that they are living in null sec for quite a long time, and knows a thing or two, plus quite a lot of experience to actually back themselves up.
They will gain more killmails than actually lose anything.

You're probably right, they'll gain many more killmails than lossmails. For a while.

Listen, I was TEST's military director for almost a year, and one of TEST's lead FCs for almost that long. I learned under Too Ducky who is currently in RaidenDOT, Dabigredboat (barkbarkbark), Lazarus Telraven, and Mister Vee who are currently in Goonswarm. I learned by assisting, learned by doing, and learned by doing well.

MY goal isn't to teach anyone a lesson, -my- corporation and my alliances goal are to show people they don't have to get ganked needlessly... If they're going to bother mining in high sec, it's as risky or more risky than owning space yourself and mining these days... but at least you can fight back in your own way and be relatively successful or at least have fun doing it.

But all I see now is "GOONSWARM WILL GET IT" "DAY OF GOON REVENGE" qq m8m8

It's impotent rage and it's ... terribly pathetic. It feeds the war machine against highsec.

So, organize, train, harden the **** up, and lets see what we can do.

That's the point. I'll be teaching people how to think for themselves when necessary, and when to follow orders, and throughout... how to have fun. Here's hoping people do stick around because even if we're losing terribly... we have a good time doing it.

Why v. GSF? They're the obvious target, the one causing the most rabble rabble. :)
