Has to be one of the more epic tear threads I've seen in awhile. Just wanted to be able to, "yeah, man, I was there, dude, when that guy put 2bils worth of courier stuff in a 2million hauler.. then raged epic tears on the forums."

Someone check on Villq. He might die laughing at this.

Test is indeed full of idiots, that's why I like it here, there's no pressure to perform, we don't really take the game that seriously and we know that we're bad at it. We showcase our most expensive losses at the top of our killboards so that we can laugh at each other's mistakes. Your little hauler wouldn't have made the Hall of Shame, the lowest thing on there currently is a 5.14b ISK jumpfreighter. Yesterday one of our titans got tackled and a massive fight ensued to save it, we refer to such incidents as 'generating content' and laugh about out, and the pilot isn't going to hear the end of it.

If you were more easygoing and accepting that you're a scrub, then your jimmies wouldn't be so rustled and you'd be having a nicer more relaxing evening of gaming. I mean I don't play a video game for any reason other than relaxation, but I lose ships and isk all the time. Isk is just a means to an end, finding ways to spend it and lose it makes the game interesting.

My friend there is NO WAY IN HELL (can i say hell here?) your modules were active. You took nowhere near the dmg you should/would/could if they were.

Why were you hauling a 2B collateral in a 1m isk ship?!

Use either a blockade runner, which can't be scanned, or a freighter, which requires a large investment to kill. Even a transport ship would have been an acceptable choice...I hate to say it but you took a large risk and ended up with predictable results.

Also, if you really think Eve's community is bad compared to other MMOs, you obviously haven't played other MMOs lately. All MMOs released in the past few years are FTP and have absolutely abominable communities.

This is the first scam you've fallen for in 7 years and it causes you to ragequit? I've lost everything I've owned twice and in the end it doesn't really matter if you know how to make isk and have good connections. Even if you're a carebear, you have to expect to take some losses and deal with them. A 7 year old character shouldn't really have a hard time getting 2B isk back.

Just calm down and leave Eve with dignity if you don't like the game.

Impossible. The best alpha in the game is approximately 14.5k which requires a T2 fit Tornado. You were ganked by a meta fit Tornado. Sorry dude, but you tank modules were NOT active. He wouldn't have been able to kill you if they were. In a 1.0 system, even prepulled CONCORD, his siege cannons could not possibly have fired a 2nd shot (this is before we consider your 6 seconds align time).
