As it was an event managed and executed by CCP in a closed enviorment (need to pay to enter) ... it's even worse.
CCP is directly responsible for any action of their guests. If one of them used this fanfest platform to call for real world criminal actions CCP can be punished.

If it had been ingame it would ONLY be CCPs problem. If he had used tools out of CCPs control (TS, Vent, his own webspace) it wouldn't be CCPs problem in first place (still had to decided if they want a CSM of this kind). But it happened at an event they managed in real world.
That's a totaly different moster ;).

Why the hell can't I fitt capital repairs or shield booster on an Orca ... it's an CAPITAL ship!

You do understand that this will not stand up in the court of law.... Just like the sign's that say "Play at your own risk" do not stand up in court.

They are responsible for what happens because of their game by law. Sorry, you should get informed, its not like we live in the information age or anything. Oh right we do.

He, as a CSM, suggested to people that they break the game's rules. Is that acceptable conduct for a CSM?
