I've been Blinking for a few weeks now. Gotta say, its addictive and fun. I've lost more than I've won, but who cares! It lets me do something for 15 minutes over lunch.

Well, the Blink site says I should write a mini-review of my blink experience and I'll get an achievement. We all like achievements don't we? be they Xbox, PS3, Steam or anywhere else!

I've been a blinker since just after the 20 Trillion ISK prize time, and now they're up to about 55 Trillion awarded.

I've put in about 650 mil so far (I'm a pauper), and won about 600mil in prizes, so not a bad return.

My real story is about Somer himself, a true gent and a genuinely nice guy, and here's why:

I used to blink using my OOG browser (Chrome) and for the first month or two everything was fine. Then it all went a bit weird. My account got banned because something my browser was doing was effetively DOS attacking the Blink site.

So, I did what the support link said and emailed Somer.

He came back to me within about 2 days (remember, he has a LOT of people using his site, he must answer a load of support mails). He was really, really nice about it. I can say this because, had it been my site I'd probably have told me "hey dude, either you're doing this deliberately or you're a total idiot, I don't want you on my site and I don't need you on my site".

Anyway, he explained exactly what was happening, and told me that he'd re-open my account if I could guarantee it never happened again. No, really, he did! I couldn't believe it either to be honest.

So I made my promise, I only ever blink from the ingame browser, it hasn't, to my knowledge re-occurred, and I'm a very happy blinker once again.

Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention, blinking is a ton of fun, you can pick your own prizes, get a ticket for an interceptor lottery with 8 tickets for as little as 2mil and get a result in minutes, how cool is that!

So thank you Somer, and thank you CogDev, you're a great bunch of guys with a great product and the slickest website I've seen in a very long time.

Everyone get blinking, I want to see the 100 Trillion milestone!

Played blink from the early get go and it never fails to pull me back in to blink, always fun and sometimes you win something nice and shiny

Somer.Blink has been fun. I've made a hefty profit, but most of all i just throw isk at it and see what happens.

I can personally attest to the legitimacy and fun in blink. Some days you loose money, but other days you make some.

I have won billions in blink. I have been blinking it for about a year now. the promo blinks and achivements make a fun game even funner.

My job really isn't that bad when I can win stuff. Promo Blinks make the day go by. A great addition to a great game.

I have posted this review multiple times now, and it remains as true now as it did back the first time.

I LIEKZ TEH BLINKZORZ IT IS TEH WIN.

Seriously though, it revitalized my interest in the game. It didn't hurt that I won stuff that I physically lacked the skill points for. I've since just now finally hit the break even point. As someone whose only experience is predominately running missions as a noob, it gives you an extra flair of excitement to chuck in your earnings and to potentially walk away with something you'll never have gotten otherwise.

In my case it was finally getting an Apocalypse after failing with pretending to drone boat an Armageddon. I have since learned my lesson and am now enjoying my Nightmare.

I'm biased cuz yea, I've won crap that I would have never otherwise been able to get a hold of myself.

We've had some very nice reviews in here, so I'm helping a few people pimp out the ships they've won on Blink lately. Doing a few module promos right now, from faction mods to some officer stuff!

Back in December I had heard of this thing called "Blink". At first I was quite sceptical of the service, this being eve :P As time went on I got to know the staff and played more often, and now I play blink all the time, winning prizes, talking to the blink community in the chat channel. Blink has also inspired me to create a lottery service which I ran for a while, and now it has turned into a corporation based lottery. This is a great site, the staff are cool and I would recommend it to anybody :)

Now what can I say about Somer Blink?


Basicly what I find behind somer blink is just pure genius. Incorperating gambling into eve is just one of the best ideas that I would never think of. I love Somer as it makes Eve a bit more exciting to me, "I Hope I Win!". Somer has helped me in many ways such as I have won a couple of things that actually HELPED me buy my character. If anything this is no scam, definatly try it out. Somer Blink is probably one of the most reliable and most trustworthy service there is out there!

Oh Somer Blink How I Love thee.....

You're always there for me. EVE needs time to reload everyday for hopefully 30 minutes, but you are always online.

You take my ISK in a way that makes me want to keep giving. I give and give and give and you take and take and take. It's nice to have our relationship so clear cut.

You boost my pride and feeling of worth by giving me achievements.

You're almost always there for a quickie.... no need to wait 30 minutes for an API pull, you have someone on call to take my ISK a way at a 'Pre-auth plz' notice.

You act like president obama by offering really expensive stuff for cheap. I only wish that you would truly follow in his footsteps by actually giving this stuff away for completely free.

Unlike the president, you actually listen to what your base wants. We wanted an easier way to blink and you gave us a new interface.

Your delivery-time is awe-inspiring only to be rivaled by the 1986 Hanover Park, Illinois Pizza Hut Delivery team.

I bonk and I blink, but honestly somer, I just crave a wink.

SOMER.Blink is just awesome. Highly addictive (which can get me in trouble lol), but still a lot of fun. So far I'm ahead, a I've had some decent luck. Still have to win a promo.blink... Twisted

Anyway, good fun, good times, etc. Thank you for creating this and giving us pilots something to do on the sidelines.

Been playing since the begining, my first win was a PLEX just about one year ago and I have been hooked ever since! If you are like me, and feel that EVE is a game, and ISK is just an extension of that game, then there is no better place to blow your hard earned space pixels than at SOMER.BLINK!

No better feeling than winning a Rorqual on a single ticket while some other guy has eight tickets on it!

SOMER.Blink is by far the best Eve Lottery out there - I mean come on, It's Somer =) It can be a bit addicting I must say, and while I've never been one of the super lucky, I have definitely made more than I have put into blinking! They are doing tons of "Promo" blinks too these days - lotteries you enter for free where you have a small chance to win lots of faction, deadspace, and officer gear. I've yet to win won of these promos, but hey, since I can enter practically for free, it's still exciting. I hope I can win one soon. In the meantime though, the regular blinks are just as exciting, especially when you win a couple Proteus's in a row like I have =)
