Non-consentual combat, structure destruction

My alliance were building supercapitals in Nullsec. Querious > O3L-95. We had an iHub setup, with a supercapital upgrade. In the last week it has vanished without a trace, forcing our progress back by well over a week (since a week will need to elapse before we can restart construction).

As you can see here, we were constructing from the October 15th, and our construction was due to finish from November 8th onwards.

As such, if it possible, I would appreciate someone making an effort to fix this, as it has hugely disrupted our testing.


EDIT: Yes, the screenshot above shows the oHub. I had redeployed and entosised before realising it would be a week before the supercap upgrade could be installed.

I was on the station in an avatar, didn't bother anyone just minding my own business.
I then lost connection, and when I came back to resume my testing I was in a pod. Ugh

Fird shot me there while I wasn't online, that probably took a long time...
He also put my pod down to 40% armor too, dubious much ?

Honestly mates, i can't see where idling on station would be testing.

And that Rule isn't really covering Combat in 6-C, because the whole system, safe for 500km round Station/Gates, is FFA.
If you get dropped in a Safespot/CA/Whatever place outside that, that's just bad luck. And usually people should be able to warp out before a ship like a Capital or Supercapital has finished its deceleration.

Getting Probed and Dunked in 6-C isn't really a Rule violation. The Rule you mentioned would apply if you're outside the Combat system, getting your SOV messed with, or constantly probed when trying a PvE site/Mission/Whatever.

But all that aside, the main Reason for most Posts in here really feels like it's Salt and Politics on sisi..

as long as you wont lose your ship on undock of 6cz ccp does not care about these reports,they just look for performance data and if they cared for abusive behavior there would be some actions taken. they dont even read this thread anymore so all sent reports in this thread they all go into nowhere like throwing small stone into very deep water well

Harassment and denial of test server use

trying to refit a super in a pos in 6-c when all of a sudden a lif warps in and tries to ram into the pos which is set to corp/alliance with a PW on it. when this failed they proceded to bring in a tengu and 2 vagabonds to attempt to bump me out of the pos with success they got me to the edge of the shield just as my safe log timer ran out and i was safely removed from play. the people doing this are neither in corp or alliance they are in Capital Escalation.

at the time of writing this they are anchoring syndicate large mobile warp disruptors around the tower which the super is logged out in.

below you will find push captures of the local convo where they admit to the wrong doing. the dreads shooting a tower which was not in any way solicited by me the only one online from my alliance at the time. i was unable to get a screen cap of them in the act of bumping me out of the pos but can confirm that they were hitting speed in excess of 18km/s.

I'll save CCP some time on this one. None of those pictures show evidence of any exploits being used. There's text saying we are testing exploits with no proof, who's to say it wasn't sarcasm?

Non-consensual PvP in EZA-FM outside of the combat area. Significant set up time lost. Pilot was warned and chose not to respond - even post fight. Happened on the gate to 6-CZ49 inside EZA-FM. The entirety of the fight happened within EZA-FM and I was there several minutes prior to him entering the system and engaging on me. I was testing out the new fighter mechanics on the gate rats.
