I just wanted to say that ever since I joined RvB, I never found anything better in Eve and its not like I didn't try...

- I left for FW and was back within 3 days.
- I left for null-sec and was back 3 months later... why 3 months? because I got so bored I deactivated by account until I took the decision I wanted to come back to RvB.
- I left to try mining and I was back within 3 hours.


If you've been playing for years and haven't tried PvP and especially if you're new and want to see what Eve is all about, you have to come to RvB. You fly cheap ships for a while and bam, you're a PvP vet learning tactics. A few months later, you're FCing fleets.

RvB made Eve feel like home to me.

RVB is great if your a carebear wanting to try very low risk PVP.
I did and have not missioned since.

Please follow the Recruitment center rules to the letter.

Bumping

* Bumping is allowed only by the character who started the thread. If you use another character you will get warned.
* Bumping must consist of a real sentence, not simply the word "bump". For example, "Recruitment still open" is an acceptable bump.
* Bumping may only be done once per day.
For more information you can read the Thread Bumping Guideline.

I am new to this whole PvP thing but RvB welcomed me with open arms & I have never enjoyed EvE so much.

If you havnt tried PvP before, if you are just a little curious as to what its all about. Why not try joining RvB? Its a load of fun & you will learn a lot in a short time.

Hey, if you dont like it you can just leave but you will have the RvB employment history to boast about.

Jump in, the pew pew is fine.

I left RvB for a whole three weeks in null. Three weeks equaled 1000s of jumps through empty systems, hundreds of structures reinforced, and 3 whole kills. It got to the point where I literally didn't want to play Eve 'cause it was boring me to tears. One night back in RvB I get dozens of fleet fights, a few great 1v1s, and a healthy desire to log back on and shoot stuff again. Yet again, RvB saves Eve :)

I have 2 questions which I could not find any specific answer on forums:

1. How does one tell which side needs recruits? I do not see this on corp information or forums.

2. No ECM refers just to ECD modules but not Tracking Disr or Sensor Damp?

1. We tend to have that information in our public channels motd - so check R-V-B for that. Feel free to ask in there if you cannot see it.

2. Yes only ECM. Not other forms of EWAR.

You would be surprised how many RvB members have stories like these.
I still wonder how many EvE players have quit due to being bored of null sec and thinking that it is their only end-game option.
