Quick update:

First, thanks for the support and all the donations, much appreciated. Big smile

Second, the update is going and I'm making progress but everyday I seem to find something that CCP has removed (industry API) or changed (formulas) that requires a rework on my part, OR new stuff that doesn't work as advertised (Teams). I'm fine with that but it just takes longer to complete. I haven't had to rewrite everything but the main code that does all the blueprint work needs a complete overhaul. So that's really taking the most time. I've been working every chance I can but had some RL stuff come up that slowed me down again but I'm working more steady now. Remember, I like to use this tool too and need it for my isk making ventures P

Finally, on the donations thing. I'd rather just keep it to isk and if you are willing, plex. It all pays for gametime, which costs real money at some point so I just see it as a fungible transfer. Smile

Anyway, thanks everyone. I'll post again when I have more info. Now back to work!

Thx for the update, can you please give us an ETA for the update ? week or two or by end of this month ? don't worry we won't be holding stone and pitchforks at your door step if you exceeded that. Twisted

P.S. Since you are overhauling IPH I hope all the pending important requests that was mentioned before to be added this time, unless it's gonna delay the release.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.

I can definitely sympathize, if not quite empathize, with what it must be like to have to rewrite software due to the Crius changes. Definitely looking forward to IPH's speedy recovery.

Oh jeez, did you really just ask for a ETA? What do you think you are, his IRL IT customer and he has to make deadlines or meet some SLA?

Back off. He says he's working on it. It'll be done when it's done. If he had a timeframe for completion in mind, I'm pretty sure he would have mentioned it. In the mean time, don't act like you're paying for this and have customerly-expectations.

Well that escalated quickly.

Why jump down his throat? He only asked. He doesn't have to give an ETA if he doesn't want to of course, or he can. It's up to him, but there's no harm in asking. I too would like a rough ETA. Lots of people are waiting and with no ETA would you wait forever? If an ETA is 1 weekish - great, if it's a monthish then OK, if he turns around and says 6month, at least you'd know to try something else.

Of course, if you don't ask and he doesn't give a rough ETA, then you could be waiting forever. ATM, all we know is he's working on it and it could be done between the next 2 seconds and the next 2 millennium. Personally I don't mind when it's done since I've created my own profit pointer-outer spreadsheet, but I will take a look at IPH when it's done. There's a lot of people that would be completely lost without the IPH tool.

Also, he said please.

TLDR: There's nothing wrong with asking for an ETA. Demanding **** = bad. Asking = fine.

Comprehend my post ******, I didn't demand something and I only want to know rough ETA, and nothing is written on stone here.

I just installed it. As soon as I clicked the button in the Select Default Character window, the system tells me that an unhandled error occurred and closes the program. I use Windows Vista Business.

1. It hasn't been updated for Crius yet. It is broken.
2. (unrelated) Do not use Windows Vista, it is terribad.

Yes, if you have the choice, I recommend Windows 7. It's Vista the way it should have been done.

The program is currently being upgraded to work with Crius. If you browse backwards a bit in the thread it is a known bug.

Thanks for all your hard work! I can't wait to see the updated IPH once it comes out. Going back to excel, as much as I love excel, has reminded me how great your program is.
