I warped to the station to see if he was there. My newbro jumped through and I told him to go dock up at the station and tell me if he was there. After a few moments, he said he wasn't there. Still in system, I then thought he had to be at one of the gates. I picked a random gate and warped to 0.

Sitting 12km off of the gate was the Orca with about 30% shields and the 52% structure. I turned and activated my two Sensor Boosters with Scan Resolution scripts to get the fast lock and started throwing torpedoes at him again while slow boating towards scam range. I saw that he was turning and aligning to a gate.

Morgan: "Hey man, where are you? Warp to me and help me kill this Orca before he runs!" The Orca lost his shields again and started to lose structure. I got scram on him and did a baby bump into him.

Newbro: "How do you warp to you?" I shook my head and filed into the back of my mind to teach him how to warp to members effectively and quickly.

Morgan: "I got him." As his structure went down to 4% and I knew the next shot would take it out, I then overheated both of my Sensor Boosters to try to give me instalock for his pod. The Orca exploded in delightful goodness.

Orca: https://zkillboard.com/kill/49738531/

Then as soon as I saw the pod, I attempted to lock it up.

Pod: https://zkillboard.com/kill/49738537/

I sat back in my chair, contemplating that I just mostly soloed an Orca. My last and only solo kill was in FW as a pirate against a pitiful Reaper. A couple of moments later, my newbro landed 10km off of me.

Morgan: "We need to talk about your fleet skills. See that large wreck next to me? Loot it and lets get out of here. We will do fleet practice later." I cloaked my Hound up and started to slow boat away when I pulled up the kill mail.

I was disappointed that my newbro, who was shooting at him in Tar, did not get on the kill mail. Not sure why. I did promise that we would try again before the war ends to get him on a kill mail.

(ok I know that my storytelling skills don't match up to some of the other ones but this was my first one, so give me a break, huh?)

TL:DR: Log on, four hours left in war, WT online, L4 locater agent, L3 locater agent, killed his Retriever while he was afk mining, killed his pod, went to Duripant, podded him outside rookie station, went to gate, he came in Rifter, both jumped through, killed Rifter and pod, he rage quit. Five kills in less than 30m. Stabber FTW! *\o/*

I leaned back on the couch in the Captain’s quarters, slowly sipping the hot tea with my feet on the end table in front of me. My thoughts went back through this week, being my first war against another corporation. Now I have dealt with other types of combat, mainly Gallente Militia, but never had I been the hunter.

“I wonder when the war ends…” I murmured to myself, leaning forward and tapping in midair. The Happy Endings Corporation screen popped to life in front of me, revealing all the information on the corporation that a friend started just for fun. I leaned back, staring at the name for a few moments before chuckling. He always had an interesting sense of humor. I picked at the screen until the information I wanted came to the forefront. I picked up the mug of hot tea and leaned back in the couch, settling myself after taking a sip.

“Four hours left, I see.” I said out loud, to no one in particular. I always felt more comfortable saying what was on my mind out loud, instead of inside my head. “Well, it was an interesting but boring war. Probably should de-clutter my watch list and remove them since it is going to end soon.”

I leaned forward and clicked a few buttons on the hovering screen, pulling up my watch list. I selected the xXXYCOBRAYXXx watch list tab and moved my finger to start deleting the names listed in front of me. I ended up being used to seeing a lot of red dots next to their names, signifying that they didn’t want to play with me. As I reached over to delete the first one, my gaze flowed down the screen to where I noticed that a green dot was next to one of the names.

My heart skipped two beats as I noticed that it was my friend, the sleepy Orca pilot. I leaned back in the couch and started to giggle. I then leaned forward again and brought up the jump clone screen so I could jump to where my combat ships was docked at. The buzzing response made me frown.

“You cannot jump to another clone for 4 hours, 42 minut…” The monotone computer voice started to say before I cut it short.

“Shut up.” I growled, standing up and brushing my pants off. “Guess I just have to go there.” I walked through the doorway and down the bannister towards where my Leopard was waiting, brought forth by the wonderful station workers. I climbed into the green seed and made my way into the fast shuttle.

Within a few moments, I was shot out of the station and plotted my course to Zororzih. I sighed as my HUD displayed the 14 system jumps needed to reach my destination. But with the 20 AU per second warp speed, I know I didn’t have long to plan on what I needed to do.

Within 10 minutes, I arrived in Zororzih and got out of the green seed. I took the couple of steps and pulled up the list of the combat ships I had there. I had a few choices available to me. The Incursus would be an interesting one to fly, but I wanted something a bit bigger. I hesitated since I couldn’t decide between the Arbitrator and the Stabber.

I pushed the buttons on the console to have the Stabber summoned. I used a Minmatar stealth bomber against the Orca and decided I would keep to my roots as a Minmatar and fly their cruiser for this hunt. As I waited the couple of minutes for them to retrieve it, I pulled up my agent listing to look for the nearest high level locater agent that somewhat liked me. I noticed that there was a newer agent I had dealt with once before in Malduier that hasn’t blocked my transmissions lately. I jumped back into the green seed and entered the Stabber.

As the cruiser exited the station docks, I entered in a course to Malduier. The HUD revealed it would only be four jumps, which made me smile. I turned and initiated warp to the first gate. I looked back on my watch list and smiled again when I still saw the green dot next to his name. As the stargates came and went, I started to plan on what I was going to do. Upon entering the Malduier station, I came upon my friendly agent in the hallway heading towards his office. He rolled his eyes upon seeing my lithe frame and crooked smile.

“It’s you.” He groaned, trying to walk past me. I stopped him with a hand on the wall, putting my other hand on my hip.

“I missed you too. Find someone for me.” I cooed to him seductively.

“Who?” He stared at me, not really impressed. Maybe I had the wrong plumbing, who knows? I don’t judge as long as he does his job. Hell, I think Boom Boom Longtime is a hottie. I handed him a piece of paper with my target’s name on it. He looked down at the paper for a moment. “Give me a few minutes. Transfer 250,000 isk to my account.”

“Gotcha, sweetie.” I smiled as I turned and headed back to my quarters. I sat down on the couch and typed in the transaction for the 250k isk to find my target to his bank account. I leaned back and looked at the watch list with the green dot still staring at me. While waiting, I clicked on the corporation tab to see if my newbro, Baldur Fett, was around. I frowned as I saw the red dot next to his name. “Great, this would have been a perfect opportunity to teach him a few lessons in hunting.” A buzz at the door startled me for a moment.

“Enter.” I said happily as my friend came into my quarters. He walked over and tossed down a piece of paper on my table.

“Don’t contact me again, Morgan.” He said flatly, heading out the door. I frowned at him and reached for the paper. Written on it was my target’s name and his location: Du Annes. I leaned back a bit, since I did not really know this system. I knew it was in Gallente space but that was about it. I put the paper in my pocket and walked down the bannister towards my green seed again. Strapping myself in, I charted a course to Du Annes while undocking my Stabber. As I settled into the seat, I turned my cruiser towards the first of nine stargate jumps to my destination.

“Man, I should have put Hyperspatials on this damn thing.” I murmured to myself a few minutes later, still five jumps out from Du Annes. As I got closer and closer, I thought I would try another agent to see if my target has moved recently, which one would hope he has with a war target looking for him. Upon reaching Renyn, I paused at the gate which would lead me to Du Annes. I quickly pulled up my Agent List and looked for another high Agent to assist me. I didn’t like the results that came back. The closest one was in Dodixie, about five jumps away.

“That will not do. I am too close but I need to know.” I said to myself and I clicked down to the list of lesser agents. The first one that came up was one in Luminaire, right next door. “Jackpot!”

The Stabber turned and warped through the gate and docked in the Agent’s station. I didn’t even bother to get out of my ship as I opened communications to this agent that I have never dealt with before.

“Can I help you?” She said quietly, her mousy face close to the monitor. I smiled sweetly back at her.

“Yes you can. I am late for a date with a friend but he didn’t tell me where we were to meet.” I grinned. “Can you help me find him? I will pay you for your time.”

“Send 100,000 isk and the name of your friend and I will see what I can do.” She replied before cutting off visual communication. I breathed out a sigh of relief. Damn, she was ugly. I sent her the information she requested and leaned back into the chair. A moment later, she sent back a message saying it would take up to 10 minutes to get the information.

“WHAT?” I yelled at my controls. Leaning back in the seat again, I frowned in frustration. Ten minutes? He could be anywhere in that amount of time. I decided right then and there that this would be my only interaction with this cow. After fuming for a few minutes, I finally got my message back from her stating he was still in Du Annes.

I sat there dumbfounded. I was out here actively hunting him for over 20 minutes and he hasn’t moved? Now, I was curious…

I undocked the Stabber and made my way back to the Du Annes gate. I stopped and pulled up the information concerning the system. My eyes went wide when I noticed that Du Annes had NO stations in it at all. That meant only one thing…

“Don’t tell me that he is mining…” I said, shaking my head in my hand. Ok, time to get to business. I jumped through the gate and noticed that there were six exits from this system. I frowned at that major detail and immediately warped to the first asteroid belt. I was hoping to get on him as fast as possible before he noticed that I was in system with him. As I landed in the first belt, I looked around and didn’t see a soul so I then activated warp to the second belt in system. A neutral Retriever greeted me with two Tech I Hobgoblin drones circling it.

“If only I had brought my Catalyst.” I said sadly, turning and warping towards the third asteroid belt. Upon landing, a couple of rats started to lock onto my Stabber. I laughed as I turned and headed towards the fourth belt.

Upon landing, I was greeted with a flashy red war target Retriever happily mining. I squealed in delight as I stopped 23km from his ship, just within my warp disruption range. I turned and locked on his ship, noticing that he had four Tech I Warrior drones orbiting him. I scoffed as my disruptor activated and my guns started to blast at his shield, which was already half damaged as my first volley landed.

“What the…” I said, looking out the side window to see four pirate rats orbiting him also, happily shooting at his shields, with the drones of my war target doing nothing. “Is he asleep or what?” I didn’t plan on using them, but the anger rose within me as I activated my two Rapid Light Missile Launchers upon his mining barge. I laughed as the offending mining ship exploded.

Retriever: https://zkillboard.com/kill/49815393/

I furiously started to lock onto his pod while entering the system of Duripant into my HUD for a destination. I knew that if I got his green seed, that is where he would go. One volley from my autocannons sent him back to his home station.

Pod: https://zkillboard.com/kill/49815396/

Duripant was only two jumps away from where he just died, so I looted his Mining Laser Upgrade I module quickly from his wreck and entered warp to my new destination, leaving his helpless ‘children’ behind. After a couple of minutes, I entered Duripant, one of the rookie systems. Normally I would never come to a rookie system but I was hungering for more vengeance from his non-chalant attitude with mining and hauling during a war. I felt like he was purposely mocking me, daring me to come ‘get him’.

I quickly docked and pulled up the guest manifest. I saw his name in the middle of it and I immediately requested to undock. I flew out for about 15 seconds and then stopped and turned my ship back to the station. Last time I was here, I did not have much time to devote to camping him but this time it was different. I had hours.

Thankfully, I did not have to wait long as he came out of the station, in a new pod. I started to target him but for some reason the console would not let me. “Dammit, lock on him!” I yelled at the console as I repeatedly tried to initiate lock onto the smaller green seed. After what felt like forever, but more like 15 seconds, my lock landed on his pod and I fired one volley of autocannon fire.

Pod: https://zkillboard.com/kill/49815477/

I leaned back in the seat, still fuming. Someone in local asked me why I shot at him. I was half paying attention to him and his conversation all the while watching the station exit when my war target messaged me. “Really?” was all he typed. I shook my head as I responded that the war was still going on for four more hours. Yes, really.

About this time, some guy wanted me to merge with his corporation since he witnessed me kill another capsuleer with brutal fashion. Apparently, he was impressed. I struck up a conversation and I warped to the stargate to exit, but I held there, still talking to this guy who was now talking about an alliance.

My eyebrows went up in surprise as my friend, the now pissed off war target landed next to me at the gate in a Rifter. I smiled. Finally, he wasn’t going to be asleep and was looking to fight now. Surprisingly, I was now proud of this guy. As he jumped through the gate, I did too.

Upon entering Renyn, I immediately decloaked and turned back towards the gate, knowing that if he was on the opposite side of it he would be outside of my warp disruptor range. He decloaked about 6km from me and turned towards me. I turned towards him and locked on to his Rifter as he started shooting at me first. I launched my Tech 2 Warrior drones and activated both my autocannons and RLMLs. I felt a bit of guilt as his ship exploded, followed by his pod again.

Rifter: https://zkillboard.com/kill/49815561/
Pod: https://zkillboard.com/kill/49815573/

A few moments after his pod popped, my notification stated that he deactivated. I sat there by the stargate for a few moments before I opened up my mail and started writing to him. I rarely do this but I felt that he was frustrated and wasn’t getting the support that he deserved. I gave him some advice about not sleeping outside of station and suggested he go to Eve University as an alternative to get support. Being an ex-Unista myself, I felt they could do better than some lame CEO who rarely logs on.

I turned and set course for my home station, but my thoughts were still on my very first war.

Man, what a f**king rush…

Thank you. It was a huge rush these last two to three days. I actually did get a response from my ex-war target and he told me that he appreciated the information that I sent to him with my last two emails. He asked for a good mining corporation and I still refered him to Eve University since they have a Mining Campus. I couldn't help him any further since I really don't mine.

He took it like a good sport, and I told him that I wish him luck. I am proud of that newbro.

So there we were minding our own business when the opportunity for content reared it's head in the form of a wardec. These guys seemed like Rens campers at first and since we don't live anywhere near there I was a little disappointed since it's soooooo far away. Then Content happened. They brought the good fight to us in our home system while I was sadly offline. Thankfully though they were more then happy to come back when I was online and we gave em a solid dunking which prompted this very confused surrender offer

Some of your pilots already paid by ships for their ignorance. We believe that you approached the desire to end this bloody war. We can show mercy and to agree to a truce provided compensation for lost us ships during the battle with unequal forces you vultures. The amount of damage is 1.2 bill.

The invoice in the proposal.

In case of disagreement, the war can be continued more serios.

Now I'm sure his intent here was to ransom us but the understanding of the mechanics at play here was a little shaky and as such it was accompanied by this surrender offer. Since I am running a corp of mostly newer players I decided to offer my tutalige in highsec war mechanics first for 5bil isk. This was laughed off and conversations were rudely closed with some comments that are less then becoming of businessmen. So being ever the opportunist I graciously accepted his surrender offer and have decided to lower my original demand of 5bil isk to tutor them in wardecs to 3.8bil since they have already made a down payment of 1.2

So about a year ago I got on my first super kill (:D) and in honor of its anniversary and a mate being blissfully unaware of the fight, I wrote up a highly biased BR, so enjoy.

Not so long ago (dec 2014) in a solar system far, far away (ass-end of delve) there was some dudes who loved doing pretty much everything with supers. Ratting, dropping, you name it. As one would expect, this had a habit of generating a lot of isk, killmails, and general smuggery.
It was a prosperous time, CCP fozzie had deployed his famed phoebe patch, proclaiming that the days of force projection were over, and that those nasty supercoalitions were unable to take 5 steps out their front door at any noticeable speed.
However, one fine day whilst the denizens of delve were out farming for the Glorious Kadeshi Empire, they noticed a raggedy band of unclean, smelly wormholers causing a general nuisance and tackling a number of their ratting Dominixes.
Moving quickly to dispatch these pesky nomads, a cyno was deployed and a Nyx was dropped into system, proceeding to t̶̶̶e̶̶̶a̶̶̶r̶̶̶ ̶̶̶t̶̶̶h̶̶̶e̶̶̶ ̶̶̶w̶̶̶o̶̶̶r̶̶̶m̶̶̶h̶̶̶o̶̶̶l̶̶̶e̶̶̶r̶̶̶s̶̶̶ ̶̶̶a̶̶̶p̶̶̶a̶̶̶- wait no, get tackled and drop to about thirty percent armor.
At this point the tactically aware Kadeshi pilot decided to panic, lighting his own cyno and bridging in another Nyx, seven Aeons and twelve archons. Finding themselves once again with the upper hand, they held the field and began to work on the pesky vagrants.
Suddenly, Local began overflowing with Pandemic Legion characters, who summarily landed on grid in ishtars and began pounding away at the morally superior Kadeshi forces. after having a Nyx and Aeon undergo Rapid Unscheduled Deconstruction ( https://zkillboard.com/kill/42499352/ & https://zkillboard.com/kill/42499418/ ) along with a number of other ships, the tactically wise Kadeshi FC decided to sound an Advance In The Opposite Direction, escaping with no further losses. Cries of foul play were sounded in Local, to the response "we came through a wormhole lol".

The End

*insert rant about nullsec wormholes here*

I seem to be having a 'dry spell' in regards to high sec wardecking, so how much would you charge me, Noragen, to teach me the ways of finding good highsec corps to wardec?

I seemed to wardec an inactive Russian corp who I am sure is not going to log on anytime soon.

Just remember, it is me and a month-old rookie fighting.

Heh. This is free. Recruitment adds are a good source of Intel. Even ask a recruiter what it is their corp does. Use an alt for the inquiries
