Such toxicity Natocha.

I've also noticed that everyone is so eager to explain why wardecs happen but nobody wants to say how to avoid getting killed in one. Seeing how the deaths in your killmail at the time of your post were in hisec, here's some things that can be done to avoid being a victim of the pvp carebears. Most of these should be common sense, but aren't.

Hisec pirates are looking for valuable kills (or any kills for that matter). If a wardecced corp gives them nothing to shoot, they usually won't reinstate a war. That being said, all it takes is one goof to lose a ship to make the war continue.

1. Avoid traveling between systems at all costs.

Wardeccers in hisec typically fit their ships for fast tackle and high dps in order to kill targets before they can escape through a stargate or warp away. Many of them also like to camp out at trade hubs or major trade routes and not bother hunting their prey. If you're already in a system and you see them pop up in local, it gives you time to dock-up at a station as they still have to warp to your location to attack you. Even if they have a scout in system you'll see them in local well before they show up on grid.

2. Use an alt character in a npc corp for trading

Since NPC corps cannot be wardecced, a character in an npc corp can be used to bring and sell materials in market and buy supplies for you. Just remember to avoid autopilot if carrying anything of value.

3. Operate in remote systems.

If your corp operates in regions with little traffic, you're less likely to be attacked even during wardecs for the reasons stated in point one.

4. Avoid going afk in space (unless cloaked on a safe)

Goes without saying. If you're afk, you can't see that hostile pilot warping on grid to kill you.

Anyway, thanks for your comments, but it's a bit outdated - I dealt with the situation months ago. This thread was just my way of venting my feelings about the game.

So often missed when responding to others is being able to respond from with-in there perspective of things. Anyone who can't will not have the critical thinking abilities to help in the first place. There are always solutions, and good contacts to be made. Never let other people tell you how to play your game, you bought it you enjoy it how you see fit.
For most its just an attempt at fun. Sadly 'one mans fun, is an others hell' ... when i started i would have thought; high end (long term) players would prefer, and have the most (enjoyment and reward) from interacting with each other thus easing newer players into the game. Blatantly obvious are two things, the devs are allowing the players to dictate the social doctrine of the game. And most people are inclined to pick the very easiest route to the best reward. Sloven, lazy, self absorbed, and the emotionally weak only pick fights with the weak and defenseless. (not finger pointing anyone in the thread, most people here seem reasonable to some relative extent).
This thread is useful thank you Dasiy, i would not wish the task of posting this on anyone.
A "NERF" is in order, imo, but i can still have fun in the game.
