This is horrendous. Would it not make more sense to ask for, in this instance, much smaller 180MM loans from ten risk-takers? If anything, provide them with your API so they can track movements of you for bounty purposes. Twisted You can run, but you can't stay docked forever... maybe...

No, that would not make more sense.

As you can see with the benefit of hindsight (if you read the thread), this was a successful scam. So pursuing a single loan / lender was the most sensible approach. One big loan means only having to pull off one scam. Good luck trying to pull ten concurrent scams off without the whole MD forum blowing up over it.

so much effort in the forums for 1.8b lol. he could have just used the time to earn the money and probably made more with basic afk l4 missions or flying incursions or market manipulation or... well almost any halfway decent paying job.
