Date non-Western, OP:

Most of the women here on this continent are defective, pathologically self-absorbed, needy, poisonous female TRASH.

I hate to say it, but it's true. This is why my wife is Italian. Not only is she hot, but she's also a talented musician (violin, guitar, bass) AND a hardcore gamer INCLUDING MMOs. She played WoW for years, got bored, and now she's addicted to Skyrim. She can also kick my ass at Soul Calibur 4 on our PS3...WITH HER FEET. We also love watching True Blood, American Horror Story, Misfits, and Star Wars together. Her favorite movie is Dead Alive and she hates douche commercial-type films. We've been married for 6 years, nearly 7, and it feels like the most natural thing in the world. I'm the happiest I've ever been in my entire life.

She understands that I have a band and individual interests as well as my love for Eve and SWTOR. We respect each others' wishes for our own individual fun as well as enjoying ourselves together. She also has several projects including a touring violin troupe and her classical violin lessons. She has all her space she needs for that as well as my full support and I have her support in all my endeavors. In fact, she's my confidante and I regularly go straight to her for advice on just about anything. She's grounded, responsible, fun, warm, caring, and with a great sense of humor. We support each other in everything: she needs a new violin, she gets it. I need a new computer or guitar or amplifier, I get it. The house needs cleaning, we work together to get it done and if one isn't here, the other does things in order to make each other happy like cooking, cleaning, expenses, etc. We live within our means and we work together as a married couple should. We share the same goals and ideals as well as the same passions. If she wants to do something that I don't want to do, unless it's something that is very important to her, she has no problem doing things by herself AND doing it without holding it over my head for a month on a guilt trip.

She's also my second marriage. My first wife was American and I learned everything that I didn't want in a relationship from her (and all my past American girlfriends). Years later, I met my current wife out of sheer luck on a train coming home to my city from Milan. It has been the most fulfilling, most fun, and best time in my life being married to her. This isn't to say that all European women are as awesome as my wife, but there definitely is an understanding here about personal space and interests and respecting them from both parties.

This is what a marriage should be. People say, "Marriage is hard work!". No, it's not. If it's hard work, then you're in a bad marriage and you need to get out. I've been there and I can say that if something feels wrong then it's probably wrong. No amount of counseling or therapy or self-help books will change the fact that western women tend to be needy, selfish vampires. Most importantly, however, unless you're a complete douchebag and treat your wife like crap, you don't deserve being treated that way. It's not normal and society has ingrained into us that "that's just how it is". Bullshit. That's NOT how it is and it shouldn't be that way.

Ok, I'm getting old or something, but isn't this some sort of massive troll. I mean, everything this guy posts is really just a troll eh? Straight

I ask because his posts are painful to read. Painful I say.

Seriously, over the years I have met guys who actually lived under the idea that if they did NOT chase every skirt they saw, and some of these guys were married, they would "become gay".

Yes, I was told this on several occasions by different hound dogs with a straight face.

Also, was once told that any man over 30 who is not sporting a beer belly is also "a homo".

Where do you live? I just want to know so I don't accidentally move there

I just want to know, so I can get you drunk and test your theories about homo's... Also, I don't have any hair, but if I did, I'd like you to pull it..

Anyway, you actually do have a point. The loudest deniers, the biggest hounds / womanizers / skirt chasers, are usually fellow homo's. It's like meeting a Cylon that doesn't realize he's a Cylon. While it's tempting to play a snazzy version of "All Along the Watchtower" to switch them on, I feel it's more polite to let them realize that about themselves in their own time. Pirate

Hello Xenuria my friend,

I am very happy for you and I am pleased to see all these people upset over your recent successes in real life. May you have many more happy experiences.

I hope to go mining with you again in the near future, but proper mining this time ♥

Train up reading comprehension. It ended badly for him. Girl dumped him immediately after she got what she wanted. Big surprise.

I call it Arseburglars.

I agree with the chap above who said it was a 'catch all disorder'.

I think because it is co-morbid with so many other things that it can be perceived as a catch all disorder. However once we develop new treatments and diagnostic procedures I think you will find that autism is actually far less common then people think. What is common are disorders or I should say variations of disorders that do not meet other criteria so they fall into the rather broad criteria of autism.

However I was lucky enough to be born with autism in a form that will probably still be diagnosed as such after all the above mentioned twiddling away of the diagnostic criteria happens.

I am a great actor NOW, but I used to be horribly honest.

Well, Kanner's Syndrome autism may not be a prevalent as people think. (That's the "classic" autism people think of, with inhibited social interaction, lessened communication, persistative behavior). But I think atypical neurology may be more common than people think, whatever it's called (Asberger's, Angelman, autism, PDD/NOS, etc.) Someday there will probably be dozens of narrower, more specifically-defined "syndromes" that are now all lumped together as "autism."

And on the subtopic of American woman and what might be wrong with them.... This recent article "All the Single Ladies" from The Atlantic explains a lot. It's by an ambitious, successful, well-educated, 30-something, single female journalist. Great for the insights on American women she has-- as well as for the screwed-up things she doesn't notice and is guilty of herself.

It's not just American women--it's Western-acculturated women in general, the Amis are just louder about it than most Ugh
