I need help. Somehow I managed to make 2 of my accounts not tell me when they are expiring/expired. The rest all do. How do I fix that please?

What's the keys access mask for these accounts?

Crash bug: when trying to remove attribute remap from a skill plan, selecting the remap and pressing 'delete' causes EVEMon to crash. The right click > remove works as expected.

running on win 7, core i5 6500

(great program, thanks for maintaining it!)

As of this morning all my API keys fail to register with Eve and all my characters are [Cached]. It says "There was no associated XML document." Any ideas on what is going on? Restarted multiple times. Was running fine yesterday.

Windows 7 Pro, AMD 8320, 16GB, Radeon 370.

Edit: Started working but took a very long time to connect to the Eve API.

Had the exact same issue, suspect it was something wrong with the API.

I'm having the same problem as well. Is there a solution besides waiting a long time for the API to update?

The problem is with CCP, there have been some other services affected (Osmium has been going down a lot because of this). As such, the only thing we can do is wait for CCP to fix it.

Hey I was wondering if there was a way to pull the API's you've entered into evemon from some file, so I can copy/paste them somewhere else?

In Evemon select File -> Manage API keys -> API Keys -> Select an account -> Edit
At this point you can copy/paste the key and mask.

With the addition of the new PLEX system - now when I have plexed my accounts it does not register in EVEMON (They are still creating notifications that they are about to expire).

Been using evemon FOREVER, thank you for curating this app

Double check that website and ingame expiration times match.
I've seen reports that the backend ain't quite up to speed with your payments.

Version 3.0.3 - incorrectly displays the status of the account. For example, an account has long been an omega status - nevertheless he writes that expired.

If you tell me, where i can find the expiration time ingame, i'd do it.
Latest information in the patch notes was:

What I find puzzling is 'why'? Why would CCP not be using the same data field that EVEMon pulls from..........

They are pulling it from different places. In short, it's API issue, not EVEMon issue.

What version exactly do you use? 3.0.3 or 3.0.3ad? Today I'll post new version with citadels fix.
