I got a mail rejection because your mail system (Office 365... Really???) had my mail server blacklisted. I have since verified that the server is on no blacklists and I have successfully completed the delisting process with office 365. After this I was able to reply to the support mail I received without issue or further rejection.

What galls me is that you have completely locked me out of MOST of my PAID accounts. I can not reset / recover password, I can not log into my account on the website to change to the email address I use on my other accounts that you did not lock out, I can not add the accounts to the launcher, etc etc etc.

This was clearly not well tested since you have no remediation process in place for this scenario which seems to be based on office 365's SPAM filters??? Really??? And even if you are basing it on this ... there is no functional reason .. even if my server is blacklisted.. to not SEND MAILS to me. Makes no sense.

Please let me know how to get this resolved. Based on previous experience, if I have to wait for a response to my support ticket and working through that process, it will be weeks before I have access again.

Going into day 8.... 20+ accounts locked. No response to tickets. No update to threads. No info from any part of CCP anywhere since this generic "submit a ticket" respons on 11/17 https://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/support-status-after-the-release-of-eve-online-ascension/

You REALLY have to admire the consistency of CCP when they break user accounts etc.

The server is down every day at 11:00 UTC, it's the daily downtime. Players refer to it as DT. Usually lasts 10-15 min but for updates there is usually an extended DT which will be announced by CCP.

PayPal is easy to set up and you can credit your account or whatever using a bank account or card.

No idea if ccp accepts pay-pal. If not and that is your only way to pay, then buy plex at one of the legit retailers and use that plex to upgrade ot omega?

Not sure if can name them here or that would be advertisment, but look around just make sure it is a legit one you buy from

Hello, I had a launcher telling me my EvE is running damaged or corrupted files after coming back from DT.

Running repair tool gives error to logs:

*seems input cant contain html...*

What should I do? Thank you in advance!

Any word on what compensation locked out omega accounts will receive? I just tried logging my locked out account (8 days) and low and behold, it has been fixed. I received no update from CCP to let me know it was fixed, but hey, whatever right. Not like I am a paying customer with multiple accounts......for years now.......

Hope a **** ton of f2p alphas stick around for a very long time for you, because right now a lot of paying vets have spent a week getting back into other games. Unlocked another 3 tier 10's in WoT.

Got a response this morning from GM Fox requesting an alternate email address for my affected accounts. Hopefully this will be resolved by tomorrow.

For those still waiting, hopefully this gives you a gauge as to when you might get a response.

Yes, CCP accepts Paypal. Also, PLEX activation codes can be purchased from authorized resellers listed here: https://secure.eveonline.com/etc.aspx

I believe the latter resellers are the only legitimate sources of PLEX other than CCP. Real money transactions (RMT) are otherwise forbidden by the EULA for in-game assets.

I'm sorry for you loss of game time it sucks! And yes I would agree with you that CCP could be better at communicating what is going on. CCP Falcon kind of admitted that too.

"Our customer support team is working hard to resolve cases related to these new security systems, and we have drafted in a significant number of extra staff to assist. We hope that we’ll be able to reach every affected pilot very soon and resolve any login issues that pilots are still experiencing. We will also compensate missed Omega clone state time for anyone locked out that they are assisting."

You can debate if they say what the compensation will be, but from that wording I would say they will add game time.

Issue is, can't remotely install research jobs in an EC.
Manufacturing jobs are no problem but when I try to start a research job I get a message telling me "access to the blueprint is denied".
I can however deliver research jobs remotely..

NB; I have the skills to manage industry jobs at maximum range. This seems to be directly related to research jobs...

My opinions are mine.

I don't know why, but every alpha clone will get missile launcher operation I on pilot creation. Amarr and Gallente pilots, since they are drone factions, are not allowed to train any more missile skills, so this skill is useless for them.

Since the missile factions are allowed to train drones V and light scout drones I they can use at least some unbonused drones. So why not do the same to the drone factions and add Missile Launcher Operation II and Light missile I/Rocket I (or whatever is required) to let them use unbonused missiles/rockets on ships with launcher slots.

Looking for assignment: have missiles, will travel ...

Bug report please! From within client, after trying to open your industry window.


I had the same issue, offlined and re-onlined cleared this but now if I try to load an Indy job, no facility is found and the facilities tab just shows an endlessly spinning icon.

I have raised a bug report (this char) but can't get the number as I also have an email conflict (ticket also raised).


Any chance of an update? 4 days since the ticket and nothing. (Ticket ID 313507 & EBR-100618).

Not being funny but my routine now is:

1) Log in.
2) Has it been fixed?
3) No, log out.

Well I don't know what else to do so I am here now. I have an Omega account that I can't log into because of email issues. So far Support tickets have been no help at all. I finally got a reply from GM Starbound about fixing the issue two days ago, but have heard nothing else. On top of that I started and Alpha clone account to pass the time until maybe one day I can log into the Omega account again, but now I can't log into that account either. CCP sure didn't have any trouble billing my card again without email verification. It has been over a week, and I am trying to be patient, but this is getting ridiculous.

When I'm trying to browse available industry facilities in Industry window, Facilities tab just shows cycling progress animation and doesn't give any results.
Looks like this happens only in some systems\constellations.

EBR-101369
Log contains exceptions related to Facilities browser code so it's clearly a bug.
