I am stunned at the level of entitlement expressed in this thread.

Sometimes things go wrong with complex IT systems, especially when changes get made. Most updates of late have gone pretty smoothly and most downtimes have been minutes long.

So enough with the bitching already. Go outside, kick a ball around, say hello to your wife/boyfriend/husband/girlfriend/kids/dog...

Space Station 13, colonial marines is also an excellent way to spend your time waiting, and less than 50mb total downloads.

It never ceases to amaze me how precious some parts of the EVE community can be. Sometimes things break. Sometimes it's out of anyone's control. Sometimes hardworking people just need words of support to help make their lives a little easier while they try to bring our entertainment back online.

...sometimes, you just need to turn your computer off and go outside for a few hours.

Solecist Project...." They refuse to play by the rules and laws of the game and use it as excuse ..." " They don't care about how you play as long as they get to play how they want."

Dude.

3rd day of my trial I decide to fork out money for a sub and then on the 4th day this happens.

Cudos for the updates though.

Does this happen often?

I agree and understand that CCP has no obligation to compensate their players for these error and the loss of game time. But do think as a good will gesture, they should offer some form of compensation. If only to prove they do care how their customers feel.

"feelings" are totally overrated

The only real currency in the world is how often you can get drunk.

I am extremely disappointed. I have played eve for sometime now. I believe the new sov changes are going to kill eve or at least null sec side of eve. I do not believe this game is going to be able to survive the new sov warfare. You can tell it was designed by someone who does not play this game or at least hold space in null sec.

you wont get a ban for derailing the thread but you might get one for giving everyone false hope of Eve ever been online again.

no, they were too busy having to fight off Moa from trolling the i-hubs

We barely even noticed you, which hubs were you "trolling?"

is this another attempt at believing that we are irrelevant? or maybe the pilot that "failed" at leaving ya'll and joining us, and then ya'll killed your own revenant, we knew the whole time what ya'll had planned and laughed our ***es off when it happened, our KB doesn't mean anything, ya'll are nothing more than content to us, and you will do well to keep providing it newbswarm scum
