Plz dont try to defend the beggers , begging for isk, money or free sp.
Just check the last couple of months downtime. 9 out of 10 updates went pretty smooth and server was up within 15 mins or sooner.

So your story about only being able to play 5 out 0f 7 days is just not true!!

Yeeeah, about that. If you feel that the EULA doesn't "apply" to you, then your access of CCP services is against the law and you can get in quite a bit of trouble.

Access to Eve is dependant on agreement with the End User License Agreement. If you don't agree to be bound by the EULA, or for some reason cannot be bound by it, then accessing CCP systems is against the law.

Anyway, if, for some magic reason The EULA ACTUALLY didn't bind people in Britain, then CCP would be well within their rights (and likely would be) blocking all connections from, and business with British subjects.

1. I came back from work 08:15 am EVE time. At 10:56 am, I was broken for sleep and just warping out of 400km ice field inside a shattered wormhole I found by accident and actually did not wanted to explore at the beginning, hoping that DEV's won't turn off the server like sometimes 5 min before scheduled time and I will be stuck inside with my Retriever. There was something fishy thou, no sleepers even came, random Mining base hanging around without no players. Left with full pocketz and slept like a f****** baby.
