Unplug the system, hold power for 30 seconds, plug back in.

Also, please check to make sure your ethernet cables are properly seated on both ends.

If that doesn't help, try plugging in a different monitor to make sure the issues isn't being caused by that/

If all these steps fail, please give us a call to setup an RMA for your Tranquility server cluster. Systems RMA'd will have a 6-9 decade turn around time. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

While CCP can certainly do a roll back, finding out what broke the system is important to determine what they have to change in the patch coding to prevent this from happening again.

A roll back is also a last resort since this is EvE and people are already calling for compensation, IF CCP did an announced roll back people would start threadnaughts and petitions of billions of isks lost due to the roll back to take advantage of the situation and scam some isks.

Ouch, someone made a mistake. Did this patch skip protocol because of deadlines, the test sever should have shown you guys that something was wrong.

I blame management. Ultimately you screwed the pooch. Shame on you. While engineer's find out what happened you should ask yourselves for what you did not do to prevent it.
