Seriously though, if one of my company's customer's demanded that, we'd laugh in their face and drop them as a customer. They owe you nothing. They don't even owe you a status update; they're doing so because they're good people and like to keep us informed.

Well said it gets a bit much all this whining and complaining,i have played since 2006 and I think this is only the second time (that I have seen) where the servers are delayed by this much.

Just making a point, you're asking for them to make a detailed Dev report on the issue

would you like them to do this now? As in drop their testing and fixes to make this report then continue with the actual fixing later? like seriously I'm pretty sure getting the actual game working is more important than the Dev report right now
