CCP is lying to us. Patch notes implied an extremely trivial change but we are now into 9 hours of fail. Seems like they could have rolled back but, given the length of this downtime, even that option is futile.

Here is my idea, CCP gives each capsuleer 100,000 skill points OR refunds the characters largest SP loss, whichever is greater
