Hey, can we all pick out a free SKIN from the NES since the server was down for a while? Can't hurt to ask.

Edit: actually nevermind. Quick calculation and that is putting a lot of ISK into the Eve Economy out of nowhere. Probably not healthy. So maybe just go with a cheap 50m ISK implant.

Aren't those poor Dev's and Techs paid to provide a game that we the user base pay for?

TQ being down due to poor testing or some mistake in implementing the patch does not earn the Devs/techs pity.
