That in mind, here's what I found through my engagements. I warped to a local Jove OP and appraoched the structure. After coming within 50k of the damaged structure the seekers targeted me and I warped off. I grabbed my harbinger and came back to aggro them then warped to a gate enarby.

The seekers followed me to the gate, and immediately began attacking me. I destroyed about 3/5 of them when 3 more seekers warped in. I was down to half armor and warped to another gate nearby. They continued their pursuit and gave up after I finally jumped to another system. I waited by the gate to see if they would follow through gateway but they never arrived, luckily.

I went back to the system I last saw them and warped to the jove observation post once again. They were nowhere to be seen. I then appraoched the observation post which usually draws them out before getting 50k from the station. They never appeared.

I'm currently sitting 125km away from the station, and nothing has shown up. I've shot the building which does 0 damage, and still nothing. The sleepers disappeared completley.


To summarize:

Seekers will follow you within system through warp; Destroying a few circadian sleepers and jumping away will disrupt their actions around Jove Observation posts; You cannot do damage the ops'.

I don't know if this is helpful to anyone experimenting with the outposts and the sleepers, but to those who wish to fight the sleepers be aware that they will chase you, and there are more of them than just what appears on your overview.
