1.42 just got released. Changelog:

  • [new] whole market import – you can selected market order import type in the import source preferences:

    • Individual – import each type separately; this is the old behavior
    • Whole – import whole region market at once and filter the result; current implementation given by CCP is very slow, so you should only use it for importing large number of types per region
    • Auto (default) – try to guess which method will be faster

  • [fixed] custom broker’s fee was multiplied by 100
  • [changed] 20160531 database

As usual, the OSX version will be lateSad

Experience so far is that market imports have been faster and more stable.

Thanks again.

I ran the update and it gave me a bunch of errors about not having enough memory when it tried to install. Now my Evernus folder is as good as empty (no evernus.exe etc) with only the maintenance tool in it, saying there are no updates.

I re-installed it completely without a problem.

I'm running Win10 64bit.

That's a bug in the installer, I can't really fix. It means you don't have permissions to write to the folder. The installer should ask for admin privileges, yet sometimes it doesn't.

Apart that your writing a bug report for the Alliance Market in the topic for the desktop app, everything is good - the error is related to invalid corp key in the settings. Enter a valid one and everything will work fine.

With the announcement of the removal of the IGB are there any plans to add/change the existing out of game price updating functionality? im aware of the 'open in eve' option, just wondering if there were any other plans.

Thanks again for all your work.

Removal of the IGB is a big hit, unfortunately Sad I'll see what can be done.

What should I do about this error? Can't add or import any API's.

For some reason your database was not updated. If you know how to handle sqlite, you can repair that yourself. If not, your only option is to delete your database, unfortunately.

Is there currently a way to add decimal places to the 30-day min avg volume column in the market analysis tab? doing null trading and would be intersted to know if something with a great margin and low competition is moving 0.95 units per day or 0.0095 units per day.

If not would it be possible to add in a future version?

Also when applying a station only filter to the destination, does the volume show only that station or region wide?

Adding precision configuration shouldn't be a problem. The filters apply also to volume.

I hope thisll make it into new versions soon!

First of all thanks for the tool. In fact I can't thank you enough. It is a wonderful tool for traders.

Recently I noticed some variations on the asset values around large purchases and I got the impression that the reduction on escrow due to the margin trading skill is not being take into consideration. Is that right? Maybe only for corporation orders it isn't?

Is there a way to take that into consideration?

I have my market analysis imported set to grab prices from EVE Central, however either prices are not updating or I don't fully understand it.

Should 5% buy price be similar to what it is in-game? If so, it doesn't seem to be reflecting that. I have cleared the database in my program data, to see if that was the issue, yet it persists.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about, notice the price difference in buy order value: http://i.imgur.com/QGocgTy.png

Any help would be appreciated!

Right now, it's hard to tell what should be visible. There are some problems:

  • We don't know what data does Eve-Central have. Is it accurate? Is it up to date?
  • CCP doesn't provide any market data for citadels, so we don't know how they come into this.
  • I can't see what orders are not shown.

I looked at the data for eve-central for the melted nanoribbons, the buy orders are very similar to what's viewed in-game, whereas evernus shows a different price that's 30% off from the actual.
