Any real miner that uses the t2 ships is going to be covert bridging them selvs around any way \0/ love the new high slots going to be really useful for covert cynos

Now that's an idea, a T2 transport like the Miasos, with a large ore bay...

Of course, it would also be able to carry quite a lot of -compressed- ore, if so.... and be covert bridged. Though any real need for minerals probably involves jump-freighters worth.

Can't you just acknowledge that this class of ships have a role which is independent of racial tanking predilections and slot layout ? A military that would fail to design its ships for their role simply would not last long (Amarr). Please rethink this.

Easily fixed by implementing stacking penalty on cargo expanders, and adjusting base cargoholds as well as module bonuses to have similar max cargoholds to before.

That way haulers with a lot of low slots still only want to fit 2-4 expanders (some can be supplemented with rigs, too), and thus will have room for low slot tank mods.
