My little thing: Power to the People.

Alliance power is equal to memberbase and income (this equasion currenty is wrong, 30% member 70% income). Income is equal to tech moons. Issue is that if an allicane has enough supercaps (isk, super cap programs, 15b sponsord, risk free build cost supers) they dont need the member base to take, hold and defend regions of space thats too big for the allaince members.

Empty space gets rented out for many billions a month. I think its better to reduce allaince income so drasticaly and finay solve the moon income such that alliances need people to be able to affort holding sov. Looking at the eve sov map is an indicator of this problem. South manages fine with many alliances on small bloc while north has much unused space. My proposal leads indirectly to a point where the military landlord needs pets to control sov, as in the pet holds sov in return for rent rights. (member base need genarate isk due tax , market ect,) This openes up eve politics and backstabbing culure where it gets more dynamic.

Dynamic = Fun. The time that holding sov for holding should should be over.

Let analyze first what drone regions have and dont have and work form there:

Have:
1-Drone NPC dropping alloys
2-Hugh region block of Sov
3-No npc space while all other regions have npc close by, this isolated drone space
4-Some regions have the highest amount of good true sec ingame (excluded deklein region)
5-Hugh amount of systems


Logical defination of drones: Mechanical engineerd robot NPC´s


My idea´s:
Let drones drop new sorts of mechanical parts. Add Concord NPC region to drone region where Concord missions can be done and where Concord collect these new mechanical drone parts to build their Concord ships. (maybe also add abilitie to refine them in P4 but in such a reduced way that it is more valuable to sell to buy orders) Introduce new Concord type of npc´s that live in that space or a mix of ships that u get in Concord missions. Add new faction mods?. This gives drone ppl the abilitie to get faction mods and solves the Ore Issue. The new mechanical parts should replace the useless parts u get now in faction drones. Introduce new faction drones (the intergrated once are fail). Let the new faction drones use these mechanical parts and put bpc´s for sale at concord LP store. EOM could be a nice faction possibilitie if Concord is nothing.

This all would benified everyone and add and exiting new race & story to EVE Univers!

Benifits:
-Ore issue solved
-Region disbalance solved (npc region added: more pvp)
-Dfr black get acess to normal faction mods (npc space best space!)
-Stable prices due npc buy orders buying up new drone parts
-Main supplier of faction drones for rest of eve
-Due natural high amount of drone region´s high true sec drone space will be miners heaven

Non-Benifits:
-Still have to haul stuff and turn in at npc buyorders
-DFR space get´s less safe
-No more alloys mined with gun

If relativity equals time plus momentum, what equals relativity, if the momentum is minus to the time?

Currently, if you're orbiting and your maximum velocity changes (due to AB/MWD on/off or because of webs), the direction of your orbit changes. This often means your ship will turn to fly in the complete opposite direction, which kills your speed and transversal.

This is silly, and is particularly bad for pilots trying to mitigate damage through speed/transversal/sig tanking.

Change it please, so your orbit path remains the same even if your max velocity changes.

More scalability to UI to allow smaller monitors to see more of their ship and space. (Option for smaller fonts on overview etc.)

Another tiny bit. It's possible to change price by 0.01 isk by rolling the mouse wheel. SO add the shortcut Ctrl+roll to adjust price with a step of 1 isk.

Local being able to filter by standings or war targets. In jita or any of the trade hubs it takes a full 2 mins often to scroll through local due to the load lag and the amount of people there.

Really anything to be able to scroll through the list faster and more efficiently.


Another neat feature would be the ability to add an entire column of character links to your watchlist. Again for high sec war decs. So if someone has compiled a list of war target names and linked them all with the in game link system you can automatically add them all to a folder or your watch list. It sucks having to manually add over a hundred war targets individually.

Have you heard anything I've said?

Another issue, please let us use wildcards when searching for pilots/corporations/alliances and also if we get more than 50 results give us more pages to look across.

I don't just mean "look at your ship flying around" cues. I mean something our eyes can quickly pick out that lets us know:
· that the command has been registered (visual and audio)
· that the command is still in effect (something visual)
· or that definitely no command is in effect

I know we already have a tiny little button that changes and a tiny click sound. That doesn't provide any lasting cues, and nothing at all for hotkeys etc.

For example, when I command orbit, the Selected Item icon + targeted icon flashes briefly and rapidly and something clearly audible makes it concrete to the player. Personally I would like to hear old Aura acknowledge the command, but I assume there aren't the voice samples for it now. That's entering orbit done. There's no question to the player regardless of hotkeys or menus or buttons used.

Secondly, the new important bit, something in the speedometer area of the ship's HUD changes specifically to orbiting, so I always know if the ship is or isn't pursuing an orbit. Even simple text would serve well here. Plus the Selected/Targeted Item icon will maintain some kind of neat but simple orbiting animation, perhaps as simple as a blue line tracing a clean circle around the icon.
That's maintaining orbit done. The player can always tell at a glance what his ship is doing, only by seeking the ship HUD. The player can always see if the selected/targeted item is the thing it is being done to.

I think any player involved with motion-heavy combat would welcome such amendments. The amount of times I realise I'm orbiting the wrong guy, or out of orbit, 40km away.

How about the ability to offset the Combat Messages (damage messages)

I run a dual monitor setup and my Combat/Damage messages don't offset with the UI. The result is that while I can put my ship in the middle of my left monitor, the messages themselves are still in the area that splits the monitors and makes them hard to read. If it could be repositioned it would be better.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but am not going to sift through 65 pages but something I think is required is the ability to stack a skill in the queue after the prerequisite skill while it is still training. Example, I'm training for t2 large hybrid turrets. I have 2 more skills to train medium blaster spec IV which has less than 24 hours but I can't queue the the final skill large blaster spec till that skill has finished I'm sure you could make it so that you could stack it in the queue as long as it is after the prerequisite skill?.

1) The ability to right-click on my current ship and get an insurance quote, just like I can to get a repair quote.

2) The idea that I have to launch my drones to see if/which ones are damaged is still just as idiotic as the last time I added it to the papercuts thread. If you don't think that is "worth doing", can I count that as +1 additional papercut?

3) The ability to group my drones while in station.

4) Fit to ship command being able to get items from containers in station.

5) The ability to have any mailing list/channel in Eve schedule events on a calendar for their membership. Why does CCP insist on thinking that everything in eve be tied to a single player corp or alliance? I want the ability to schedule things like "Thursday Night Theoretical Physics Chat" with people from a random eve channel, or have my calendar include a roam sponsored by Women Gamers of Eve. Stop putting barriers in the way of people who are making your product better than you could have envisioned it for what they want.

6) I live in NPC nullsec. The standings system with the color coded boxes that appear in local aren't that useful to me. I'd love to have the ability to have say, 16 colors that I could user-define. I regularly encounter many many different groups, and what I need to know is how many of each are at any given place and time. I already *know* they all want me dead, and they know I would happily pop them all. The ability to tell at a glance a rough number of Rote Kapelle/Agony/Unaffiliated/etc. in local, though--THAT is information that can lead to more good fights.

7) For the love of freaking God, can someone restore the ability to join Eve voice in fleet the same way you do any other channel in Eve? Having a separate workaround where you need to click on the speaker to the left of the FC position in the fleet window rather than just right-clicking on the chat window tab like every other channel gets frustrating fast when you're trying to teach a class to a few dozen new players at a time. I appreciate the dedication that CCP shows in beating Eve Voice back to life after seemingly every patch, but this particular glitch has lasted a while now. Fix it?

8) Whoever it was that decided the terminology used to describe the medical clone/jump clones and processes describing them needs to be punished. Preferably by having to explain the difference between them and how to go about obtaining and using jump clones individually to every pilot in New Eden that asks. Every description should be revised, simplified, and I humbly put forth my own suggestion that the Sisters of Eve epic arc should run you through the process of receiving your first jump clone. It doesn't have to make you eligible for more than that one, but giving every new pilot in new eden that comes along a reasonable shot at obtaining one relatively early would be a boon to more pilots feeling comfortable taking on even occaisional PvP at a young age and seeing the benefits a jump clone can provide.

9) I want the ability to have the skill training queue always have the next skill in place, no matter how far out it is. The whole point of a queue was so we would have more flexibility in when we dealt with our skill training times. If I'm training Gallente Freighter V to the tune of 42 days, I'm miserable enough already...throw me a bone by being able to see that I'll move smoothly along to my next skill as soon as it's completed.

10) I should have a record of what I stick in a given courier contract. If someone defaults on a public courier, I want to be able to see what I just lost, so I can make other arrangements to get it where it needs to be.

In the POS management screen, Processes > Production tab, make it so that double-clicking a silo icon opens that silo, or starts approaching it if not in range.

An option to have drones begin attacking (without having directed them to a target) the current mechanic is too inconsistent.

and

Ability to rank what kinds of ships different groups of drones will target first

and

Ability to sell multiple items at once ( one large sell screen )

and

Make Supercarriers physically bigger

and

folders, in stations, in ships, with the ability to be protected. This is primarily because giant secure containers are too small and station containers are too big. If i want to organize mined ore in an orca based on who mined it, its next to impossible logistically and there is no way to enforce it.

and

rorqual ship maintenance bay can hold all ships not just industrial and barges, make it like the orca

and

ability to store assembled ships in a freighter

and

provide a module to reduce the explosion radius and increase the explosion velocity of torpedoes

and

revamp the corporation management window

and

provide alliance wallets and roles

and

treaties, for the love of all that is holy, where are the treaties

and

fleet formations

and

FOF missiles should not target Large Collidable Objects

and

option to have ships fly in direction the camera is pointing in

All warfare is based on deception and logistics. Battles and soldiers are secondary priorities.

Here's something that originally worked, then got broken about a year ago that STILL hasn't been fixed (unless it was stealth patched for Crucible, as I didn't see this in the notes).

Let's say I've got two sets of Scorch M and two sets of Conflagration M in my cargo hold. I load a set of Scorch and shoot some rat frigates. I get in close on a bigger ship and load Conflag for some extra damage. For the next wave I want to switch back to Scorch:

Right click weapon stack, choose "Scorch M (Used)"

It loads my other NEW set of Scorch, resulting in me having two partially-used sets now.

What's worse, is that if I switch to Conflag and back to Scorch again, it will mix up the two sets, giving me a lot of crystals with varied levels of use. The end result is, one gun in the stack blows a crystal, fails to reload automatically (because only the primary gun in the stack will trigger a reload) and stops the whole stack. I have to unstack my guns, manually load the one gun, and then restack in order to start it firing again.

Please please PLEASE fix this, I've only been talking about it once a week for a year.

Change the way loot is displayed in your hanger.

For example:

in a corner of the item icon, make a small number 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10. etc visible, to display that items Meta level without having to go into the items info page.

The idea being to make it easier to sort through loot and segregate items worth reprocessing, items worth selling etc.

Add the meta level column? allows you to sort by it too.
