Actually, I wonder if that hangar search box lets you use the "meta" filter. If it doesn't, perhaps it should.

And on that note, the available search filters should be viewable in game somewhere.. maybe in a hover-over tooltip?

I counted 30 odd unique requests related to the overview alone in this thread before I gave up, the tiny shards of broken hearts overwhelmed me.

As far as I can tell from an “advanced” search no-one has asked for each tab to be individually customizable with column types and widths. Which baffles me because every six months or so I forget and screw up my “oh-my-god stuff wants to kill me tab” by adding different columns to my “wannabe much more detailed passive intel tab”.

A little thing would be tabs individually customisable with different columns and widths.
This would ease the pain of the following posters I think; #650, #712, #910, #1284, #1619, #1986, #2094 and #2103.

That’s what I’m asking for but to be honest you need to do the us all a solid by taking a long hard look at the overview and re-consider why some features are kept separate from it. I know that is not such a little thing and for that I apologise.

Inside a POS shield, allow access to silos/reactor/lab/etc contents regardless of the ship's distance to them.

I'd like to see

1.Ship specific exhaust colors

Deep Golden for Marauders
Pale Green for Gal Navy
White for Cald. Nav
Light Gold for Amar. Nav
Dark red for Min. Fleet Issue

T2 variants of ships get either a lighter or darker variant of the standard civilian ship exhaust or a variant of the above suggestions, whatever matches the hull better

3.More of the little details on all T2 variant ships, like the Phobos got to separate them from the t1 hulls.


4. The ability to have 2 storage bays in station. One for trash/items in transition, another for stockpile items like ammo, hardeners, drones etc. Basically: 1 for stuff you will be selling/refining and 1 for your personal permanent assets


5.Visible effects for AB and MWD...AB might increase exhaust trail brightness and flare noticeably, while MWD might add some sort of additional particle effect to the exhaust in addition to the AB effect.

For what it's worth, I make my living writing software. To those for you upset that your pet feature hasn't been implemented yet, the truth is that everything is harder than you think it is. Everything.

Ok, for my super easy changes:

1. Make alt switching faster. At the least, remove the logging requirement.

2. Bring the Rent Office UI up to the same standards as the Contracts window. The price is tiny and breaks across lines, so a 16M office can look like a 16k rent if you're not careful. The price should be large, colored red or green, and in the header row.

1) Give me useful things to train. I am above 100mn skill points, and I am training stuff just to train stuff. I don't really need it. How about increasing all skill level caps from five to ten, with a decreasing additional effect, (f.ex. +3%, +2%, +1%, +0.5%, +0.5%) for the additional five levels?

2) Make each of the T3 cruisers a viable drone boat. Possibly with a subsystem that increases drone damage significantly, but renders the ship incapable of using guns or missiles.

3) Introduce three hardwiring implants for drone damage (+10%, +20%, +30%)

4) At least give the Talos a drone bay. It's Gallente!!

5) And just FIX the drones in general. What, 8 years and they are still full of bugs??

We should be able to save UI states and load them on demad with a shortcut.

Imagine how much easier it would be to use the UI.

Antoher small UI suggestion with regard to the in-game browser:

Take for example Alt-C ... opens and cloes the cargo bay. Neat little shortcut. However, Alt-B for the in-game browser only has an open function. Hitting the shortcut again does nothing. You have to close/minimize it in a different way.

So, could you add the functionality to minimize the browser (preferable to closing in my opinion) to Alt-B as well?

it would be nice to see in order list which orders are placed on current station/system/region/... i am docked in. or expanding this .... which orders are changeable / manageable with my current skillset.

you marking now my own orders with blue color so coloring manageable orders in order list would be nice addition for traders like me.
