Yeah it is safe to say that I've never lost a ship like THIS before. The day of my loss we had reports of a 10 man Ivy League fleet burning through Uedama heading towards Amarr. We had 5 people online at the time so I felt that we needed more dps so I got into my rattlesnake(2100 dps). As we were chasing them most of my fleet was able to catch up along with my scouts to look +1/-1. We called for our tackle to snag one, since they were doing fleet warps, so he did(a Vexor). Since I'm in a battleship I'm still 3 jumps behind considering my lovely warp speed but I still have faith and continue to burn hoping that their fleet will turn around and fight. They had superior dps so i was already worried. Low and behold as I entered warp in another long warp Ammarian system local began to swell well over 100 being all wartargets. I called on comms that I was dead before landing on the gate. When I landed my overview was bright red so I figured I'd troll a little bit to get some of them aggressed in order to prevent an entire fleet whoring on my mail. I let my rattlesnake get to half shield and then jumped into the remaining 54 on the other side(they had 110+ people) to die quietly.

Good Positioning

From what I know both Ivy League fleets were heading to the same destination but had different starting points. Unfortunately for me if I was 1 minute faster or 1 minute slower this would have never happened. I'd rather be lucky than good so props to Ivy League for getting a good kill. I'd be lying though if I said that I wasn't scarred by this incident. I'm convinced that fate timed that event PERFECTLY!

I kno you love that thing so much but battleships suck =). Only good for getting caught and blobbed on.

Well I seem to have got a war dec from you guys, which is amusing because my US TZ alliance mates are all in NPC corps and did that before your war dec to get away from Foresaken. When I logged on this morning for me, I found 2 people on from your alliance and as of this post there are only two people on. I have to ask do you even check out your targets before you throw a war dec in?

And when I looked at your video's you make a big song and dance about being better than Marmite, but all I see is the use of the same GTFO ships as Marmite, and today you have killed a Myrmidon, a Retriever and 4 MTU's.

Thankfully I am off on holiday next week for a couple of weeks and my corp mates are having fun playing GTA 5, they could log on to try to chase a Cynabal or two or they could go do a hiest or two in GTA, what do you think they will be doing.

Methinks you could rename your alliance as The Pursuit of Nothing, now go and kill my bleeding POS in Niarja, attack it during the US TZ if you want, I don't care, but for gods sake do something!!!!

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.

Upset, not at all, I just find these scatter gun ill thought out war dec's a bit lame. Now if these people hunt me at least its content, blow my POS up its content, but to see a couple whizz by in interceptors is not really content. I had an exchange with the leader of BAWF and one of the POH players about the issue with war decs a while back in warfare and tactics, and my POV was that there is nothing to fight for, so if these people want to make it personal then perhaps it will be fun, and at least they take a risk with battleships which I give the guy who lost it a lot of credit for, whatever that is worth coming from me of course...

Tora, shall I just pop over to Antritti in a noob ship then? Twisted

Textbook method to encourage PoH to log in:

Last week I wardecced a small PVE alliance because they had a Orca in an asteriod belt. Thinking all was good I logged off and proceeded to level up my GTA Online character while making mad cash in my Armored Karuma. Upon logging in the next morning I noticed that another High-Sec mercenary assisted AGAINST us while I slept and the war was LIVE. No mails were received so I assumed this was business and to expect no mercy.

The last time someone assisted against us

After giving a heroic speech to the alliance explaining that we were surrounded the war drums began to beat and the watchlists started to form. Feeling sad that the knight in shining armour was nowhere to be seen the boys and myself began to lurk in the shadows stalking our original target to remind them that they will NEVER BE SAFE.

Day 1: shuttle/pod and mackinaw/pod down. No mercs in sight
Day 2: Vexor, drake, vexor/pod down. No mercs in sight
Day 3-5: Neither target nor mercs undocked
Day 6: Retreiver/pod x2 down. No mercs in sight
Day 7 Morning: ORCA DOWN. No mercs in sight
Day 7 Night: As the war was ending the mercs that assisted against us began to return to their daily routine and move about. Seeing this as a blessing we formed up hoping to involve them in this war that they so easily chose to enter.

With precision everything went as planned and the good samaritans fell into our traps.

To honor their sacrifice and to glorify their assistance against us we decided to run a "meme" competition. The submissions are linked below:

1. I saw you tried to pvp a few times so I war decced you.

2.You were watchlisted during the entirety of the war but you never undocked/uncloaked while online. If you moved, you would have died. Many can vouch for our hunting abilities.

3. We are not Marmite

4. We too play GTA when our wartargets don't move(see point 1)

5. We dont shoot structures.

6. Please cry more.
