Should it become clear that the events that have just taken place from CCPs reaction was not intended,

Then I just read in the comments on Jesterstrek a very feasable resolution.

Roll back to a pre event backup and reimburse skill points for the difference between now and then.

This will put things back as they were before the disaster.
No one should gain or lose from this disasterously managed event.
Naturally anyone who gained so much from this debacle will feel cheated of their prize but anyone with the slightest thread of human dignity would think a moment and understand the need.

If however the event and its consequences were deliberate, and there to feed either a privileged group of players or for giggles then There is no hope.

And any further discussion is moot.

Either there are people with principles in CCP Or they will lose all of their customers who have principles.

I truly hope it was a major error rather than malicious, the next few days will tell.

For clarities sake, My personal view of the event was never-ending TIDI no communication and no fun. I lost nothing but hours of my life even though i was prepared to if it was interesting.

- CCP
- Blob
- Game mechanics

CCP intended this. They do not make concessions for people, not even for their events. You show up to one of their events, it may go as intended, or someone else may show up and **** all over you. You undock in some **** hole I've probably never heard of? Maybe you'll be fine, maybe someone will show up and **** all over everything you love.

You want to play a game where there is only safety from other people, and pvp will only happen to you when you want to?

Go play world of whorecraft, like the other carebears and **** heads. Scrub

the various rage posts that have come from this expertly managed event by CCP (its not the gm's fault the servers are pants) have almost been as fun as killing you all.

Ok, I can say one thing that would've been better if more got into the destination system.

Overally this is like that one time Boat told me there would be a capital killmail and I spent hours in the fleet shooting structures with subcaps. Only if I ran to the forums and started crying how Boat is a big baddie that didn't magically summon a carrier so I could fire a missile at it and call it a day.
